I responded to an email offering 25% off an air-conditioning re-gas. booking it is was easy, as was turning up on time and the job being done immediately. Staff were friendly and approachable.

We bought two tyres middle of May only…
We bought two tyres middle of May only done small mileage , we had covid and didn’t go out at all for six weeks then only local. One tyre developed a bulge, no marks, not been in a pot hole ot hit Kirby as it was on drivers side., not only charged us full price , but it cost £30 more than three months ago. Very very unhappy. Don’t think we should have been charged anything it was still in warranty not thinking if using your company again and will be passing this onto our friends and restive s

Protyre saved the day
Protyre were able to respond swiftly to an emergency and provide and fit two new tyres. Their website was very helpful in enabling me to ascertain that the tyres I needed were in stock and available to be fitted first thing the next working day, allowing me to go ahead with my planned engagement a 2-hour drive away. Staff were polite and efficient. I was pleased to get a small discount on the price for buying 2 tyres of a particular brand.

The two tyres were fitted without a hitch but !
The two tyres were fitted without any issue but I had booked and paid for wheel alignment only to be told they can’t do that on my car at Brignorth, take it to Telford, only to find their vehicle lift had broken down, absolute nightmare!

I needed 1 new tyre
I needed 1 new tyre, representative told me that the other three tyres also needed changing after very quick check. The report sent after single replacement showed other three tyres as green and not needing replacement.

FORGETFULL SALES PEOPLE
Bought 4 Falken mid range tyres and only found out about the £20 off two tyres when in the waiting room.
The sales did not take off the offer on the invoice so had to point out this to them. Sales should know about offers without having to be reminded.
