The bloke who done my tyre worked really hard and the office staff were lovely as well

It was busy but the guys fitted my car in for 2x new tyres . They gave me cost etc beforehand .
It was clean in waiting area and coffee tea facilities available;)

I had to make an appointment to have new tyre fitted it’s a very busy garage with excellent customer service. I was fine waiting a couple of days (first working day after NY). Would have been a pain if it was an emergency but in my situation I was happy to wait as I’ve always had good service from here and Bathwick tyres as it was previously rather not go elsewhere

Booked in for mot and. Service, was sent a email 45 minutes before appointment to say itat to be cancelled and couldn't re-book due to sickness this left me 24hrs to find someone else to do MOT ETC this was back in December.
Today I had appointment for a battery and fitting Booked and paid on line
Turned up only to be told they didn't have the correct battery for my car. The gentleman that was behind counter was rude and very unprofessional.
Hence will not be taking my customer there again.

Quick, reliable service.

I had driven from worcs to drop me elderly mother back to her care home & realised I had a flatback tyre, with the other going down also. Seeing I couldn't go anywhere & no where to stay, I explained this to the gentleman & he advised me if I could wait he could get them done. In the end I decided whilst waiting to get all x4 done for safety on motorway. I was in a pickle & stressed, the staff were calm, reassuring & helpful. I am very grateful, thankyou & would go back to bishopsworth protyre again.

All went as planned .my car passed it's not but can I ask why do the mot station leave my car hazard lights on for the entire duration of the test ?

Never had an issue with them, MOT's are always good, when it fails they are quick to solve the issue and generally get it back the same day (they try their hardest to anyway). Handy to be able to drop off and collect when good for me.

The team members are very approachable and put the needs of the customer first. They gave me good advise recently when I went in to service my toyota auris. I eventually also booked in to do my mot which was aptly done on the day. I highly recommend their service
