Ordered 4x tyres and booked a next day appointment on their website, turned up and within an hour the fitting was completed. Simple process, very helpful staff, and great service.

Very handy
My door handle was hanging on by a thread and threatened to come off in my hand every time I opened it. Protyre fitted a shiny new one within an hour or two. You could say they "handled it well".

Great Service
I went this morning to get my front two tyres replaced on my Ford Fiesta Vignale. I was told it would be an hour, so went over to Dunelm and had some brunch and came back an hour later and my car was waiting, and the job was done. Professional and courteous, and I'll go back next year to get my rear two tyres replaced. Thank-you.

Wheel alignment
I recently took my car to Protyre Bury St Edmunds for a front wheel alignment. Previously I've gone to another shop for this and always hated going as they would try to upsell me on other services. I was very pleased with the level of care they take with their vehicles too, always putting protectors on the seat. They had a nice waiting room with cameras to watch, a coffee machine if you wanted one and a comfy sofa.
I asked about the rear but was informed it didn't need it doing, which was refreshing to hear. Will definitely be returning with my other car / this one next time.
They even went over the cars brakes and tyres and gave me a printout showing the condition of all of them. Great service team.
