I recently visited Protyre on Sheffield Street in Carlisle, and I am genuinely blown away by the level of service I received. The team there went above and beyond to help me out—they were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure everything was sorted quickly and efficiently.
It’s rare to find a garage where the staff are this helpful and genuine. Massive thanks to the whole team—I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing tyres or vehicle checks!

The problem with my tyre was identified and fixed quickly.
And the amount of wear on two other tyres was explained so I could decide when to replace them.

Very satisfied with the service

I ordered two tyres only 1 arrived…
I ordered two tyres and your website said both would be ready for fitting on the booked date. Only one turned up leading to the team at Sheffield Street (all praise to them) to track down and ensure the other tyre was available when I turned up for it to be fitted. Even then I believe the second tyre was not at the branch they found on your system

I called in to follow up on a suggestion from else where to check the state of my tyres. I was seen quickly and theyvwere able to fit new tyres straight away.
