Friendly service, great price and helped me out when a few issues arose with my wheels.

I recently visited ProTyre at 28 Field Rd, Busby, Glasgow, due to a worrying wobble in my car, which I initially suspected was due to tracking issues from potholes. Upon arrival, the team swiftly identified the real issue—a broken spring. Impressively, they ordered the replacement part immediately, offering me the option to either return later or enjoy their comfortable waiting room. I opted to pop out for a quick lunch, but noted their waiting area was remarkably inviting, equipped with leather loungers, TV, magazines, and complimentary coffee, feeling truly like a home from home.

When I returned, the part was ready, and the mechanics completed the repair at an exceptionally low price and in record time, with absolutely no waiting around. Michael, who managed my visit, was outstanding—professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful, providing a concierge-level experience unlike anything I've encountered in over 40 years of driving.

During my visit, I also had my Air Conditioning system serviced—lubricated, re-gassed, and thoroughly tested for leaks—all done at another brilliantly competitive price. Furthermore, they generously conducted comprehensive safety checks on tyres, brakes, exhaust, suspension, and battery at no additional charge, providing detailed inspection reports free of charge.

The level of customer care culminated beautifully when, after settling the bill, my car was delivered directly to the waiting area, reminiscent of service at an upscale restaurant or hotel.

The drive afterward was so enjoyable, I took an impromptu 40-mile joyride—the car felt dramatically improved, and the Air Conditioning performed as if brand new. Their prices, upon inquiry, consistently beat even the most competitive garages I've used previously, typically around 75% of the cost.

ProTyre has truly set a new standard in service excellence, and they've earned my loyalty for all future maintenance and repairs. I highly recommend them—outstanding service at unbeatable value.

Have used Protyres in Busby a number of times over many years and they always provide a quick and efficient service. Got them to check my braks on the last visit and they dealt with repairing them as efficiently as they manage my tyre needs

Great experience at the Busby depot. I had an issue with National Tyres (whom I will never use again). Protyre stepped up with 2 new tyres fitted within minutes and a complimentary coffee. I would highly recommend Protyre Busby.

My 4 tyres were checked out thoroughly and I was concerned with my nearside front tyre but got a clean bill of health.

Fantastic, helpful, speedy service

Booked car in for two replacement tyres waited two hours even though booked in to finally be seen. Car seat had been pumped up and re positioned not back to how I left it,
