Freindly staff and a professional service, warm waiting room to wait in whislt the tyres were fitted. particularly like the free safety check, which included a break pad wear measurement report, very useful to know how much meat left on the pads, as I'm disabled and can't look myself.

The boys got to work 24 hrs later than planned!!
Despite ordering online and picking the date and time, I arrived on the day, promptly (11:30 AM) but my tyres didn't arrive till 2PM.
They said this was not the first time that had happened....
I came back the next day for my tyres to be fitted. (Goodyear All Season 4) and they were quick and professional.
No issues with the garage at all.
Your online order platform needs to take into account local delivery times and only offer customers a suitable time AFTER delivery.

Highly satisfied
Though the older office man was functional, the young fitter guy was very careful, attentive & thorough with my vehicle during the tyre change. Would highly recommend him. We did not have to wait, tyres were there from Black circles so all completed in minimal time! Highly satisfied customers😊

Andy & K.C were superb!
I travelled quite a distance to have my tyres fitted here after hearing good things about the centre in Crymych. And I am so glad that I did!
Andy and K.C were outstanding. Customer focused service seems to be lacking in more and more places, however, I was warmly welcomed, advised about the processes that would be undertaken and my car was given above and beyond attention provided elsewhere in the past.
I will absolutely put in the effort to come back here, even though there are many other garages closer to me. Thank you both for an excellent experience.

Away from home needed 2 front tyres on motorhome. Booked online .seen promptly on arrival , very friendly and professional person who changed tyres. Called back a few days later to gave wheels retorted.

The service was fantastic …
The service was fantastic from the gentleman in the garage. Took me ages to get through on the phone but he explained he was on his own and busy. Still took the time to say he would see me if I came down as I was afraid I had a bald tyre. He fitted me in straight away. Took back next day to check wheelnuts. Fabulous service and would highly recommend
