I discovered a puncture mid-afternoon on a Saturday, so phoned to see if I could come in straight away to (hopefully) have the tyre repaired, and was told 'yes'.
Fortunately, the damage was repairable and I was on my way home in next to no time.
Have always had good service at this branch, which is why I keep returning when the need arises.

I find the report on tyre wear, brake pad and brake disc after each service and MOT a very useful record.

Wheel alignment carried out, quickly and professionally.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Searched quite a few stations and found these to be a good competitive price.

Nice service and sensible prices, would be 5 stars but for issue with wheel nut covers although it was very quickly resolved so good customer service attitude

The tyre fitter did a great job replacing the two front tyres. One had a problem of losing pressure and needing pumping up weekly and also poorly balanced causing steering wheel wobble at speed. Now those issues are fixed. Very professional, polite and helpful service. Many thanks Bathwick Devizes.

Great service good price and done in good time

Great service, helpful and honest.
To be honest I had a bad experience 2 years ago, where one of the team chipped my wheel whilst changing a tyre... the manager was unhelpful and I swore to never return. However I needed a air con re-gas and thought I would try again. I was pleased to see there are all new staff there. No problem this time, and the lady behind the desk was great. Will be returning now for wheels.

Book car in for service and M.O.T. staff were very helpful and professional as they always are,was contacted what required agreed the price told to come back just after 5pm and the car would be ready,which it was .great service.

Having the P7's available the next day for fitting

Booked car in for minor oil service and air con recharge. Whilst the car was in I was told I needed new front discs and pads. Quote quoted a very expensive price. Also when I got back with my car the air con still wasn’t working but they hadn’t mentioned that. When I called to quiz this I was told the mechanic tested it and it was cold so I must have a leak. It’s since been elsewhere and my temperature sensor was at fault causing the issue so it was never working when the mechanic tested it and claimed it was.

So they lied to me and tried to fleece me on price for my brakes. (Which are actually ok)

They have lost all my trust I won’t be returning again
