Despite being a Saturday morning, with plenty of customers they were able to repair my puncture. Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. 110% service. I had a long journey back to Essex ahead of me, so well done all.

Excellent experience today at Sowton ProTyre with getting the tracking done on my Model S Tesla. The guy on reception (didn't get his name) was friendly and helpful.
Ben - the guy who did the tracking adjustment on my car, was brilliant! Helpful, knowledgeable and modest enough to ask how to access the service mode on my car and the PERFECT level of politeness 😁
I've also used the Marsh Barton ProTyre, they were great too. So I suspect they're an excellent company with well trained staff.
Highly recommend. A+.

I want to put a big shout out to Ben at the exeter branch on apple Lane. After having 4 new tyres put on my car a warning sign camd up on my dashboard and I rang him and he drove to meet me and put it right for me . So polite and excellent customer service thank you Ben

Long waits and wasted journeys
Bought two tyres online and picked a 10.30 time slot for fitting and a free tracking check. The tyres were not fitted until 11.30 so I had to come back for the tracking. When I returned the machine was being checked so I had to come back again only to be told the machine was now out of commission.

A very good tyre depot, friendly and free coffee whilst you wait.
However even on a £25 puncture they charge an environmental charge! WTF?

Purchase 2 Fallen tyres. Very good experience at the fitting centre, reception was very well managed. Offered a free hot drink. Plenty of seating, quick fitting service & the price was much cheaper for the tyres that I wanted.
