Excellent. Had the platinum service as I’ve become fed up being ripped off by Jaguar main dealers. Exceedingly happy with the work done, completed on time and at a much better price. Thank you…and I’ll be back!

People that use Chemix/Protyre Halesowen, a cautionary tale…
I pre booked a MOT slot Weds 10.30 am (supposed to take 45 mins approx) kept me there waiting for 2hrs 20 mins, and they failed my car with immediate repairs, minor defects, and several advisories. Long story short, they wanted £705 for immediate repairs & retest within 10 days, further advisories would have taken another £1000 plus. I declined due to cost & left & went straight to another local garage, who upon initial inspection of chemix paperwork, said ‘they’d be surprised if work needed doing, due to mileage & condition of my car’. Asked me to bring my car back to HVS at 10am next morning (Thursday) and they’d properly inspect it on the ramps.
Long story short, they did & it passed the MOT, no work required, one minor defect, (windscreen chip) & no advisories. What a surprise!
I complained, in person, to Terry, branch manager at Chemix & their area manager. Terry was rude, accused me of slander & told me to leave their premises. Area Manager offered me a £40 refund of test fee (still waiting) and would email me with his offer (still waiting).
If you made it to the end, moral of the tale, Chemix/Protyre wanted to make money out of me for work not required, obviously have no integrity & zero customer service. Just profit/target driven (excuse the pun)
From now on, it will be Halesowen Vehicle Services (highly recommend) all the way.

Friendly team and efficient.

I had a diagnostics done on my smart car and protrye said to me that the lamba sensor has gone on my car . They ordered the wrong part and then reordered the part again from Mercedes . This part cost £70 and I was charged upfront 225 including fitting. As soon as I left the engine light came on again and I took the car back on the Friday. When the plugged to see the fault there was 9 faults showing… this company has just ripped me off so disappointing didn’t even offer a refund which was their fault.

The receptionist just said you need to show car to an electrician engineer to see the fault p. the fact that the fault appeared once the sensor was fitted.

Why do garages rip you off these cars you can’t trust anyone.

The staff were pleasant and helpful and explained the difference with the tyres I'd purchased from my existing tyres. However the 40 minute delay in getting started wasn't expected as it says on the email WE receive "Please be punctual"

Booked my car in for aircon regas, but there was a problem with my aircon system. They drained the system which allowed me to change the defective part and then regassed it for me. Excellent support

Good selection of tyres online and prices to choose from. Ordering was easy with ability to choose date and time of fitting. Staff were good friendly and was able to discuss any concerns with them.
