Great customer service
Arrived 5 mins early and was greeted by name - they were expecting me. The car was taken into the workshop before I had even left reception, and was ready to go in less than an hour. Friendly, knowledgeable (I asked if the tyres were directional, and they advised me about track rod end issues when they set the tracking) and quick. I do track days, so I checked the wheel nut torques - spot on, as were the tyre pressures.

I have used Protyre for several years and they have always given me excellent advice and service. They never try to sell you something that you don't need, unlike some garages.
