Had great customers care from all staff, their a credit to Protyre.

I live 10 miles away, but I’ve been converted to Protyre Haverfordwest.

Honest and good advice

Very easy to book online although the number on the email l initially received referred me to the Crymach branch of Protyre but they don't do MOT's. The welcome at Haverfordwest was friendly. As the waiting area was under refurbishment l was unable to wait for vehicle. Had a phone call when the vehicle was ready for collection.

Had tyres & back discs & pads for my Tiguan the service was Great & Prices were honest & good to... plus the staff Cath & the boys were great & friendly but got to mention CATHs knowledge & Welcome goes a long way to beat

Value tyres and an MOT done at the same time. Easy booking online and friendly staff.

After having my last full service two months before and being impressed with the reception desk knowledge of work performed and the detailed written summary of tyre and brake wear, I had no hesitation taking it back in for brake discs and pads as advised. They explained they would only replace what was necessary, how long it would take and even worked in tandem to get it done quicker. The price was also very reasonable compared with the average for this work. The reception area is very comfortable and you can see the mechanics working on the cars through the large windows facing into the garage area. I have used many garages over the past 40+ years in different towns, franchised, independent, small and large and this place comes top in my opinion for the extra care they take in informing the customer, quality of work, the clear bill breakdown and the final clearly written advisory. It takes me 25 minutes drive to get here, but I will be using them from now on rather than any garages closer to me.

Was told they're couldn't do wheel alignment because of the suspension bushes but had a mot 5 days later and it passed something doesn't seem right about what they said about my bushes

Over and above service, parts needed for M.O.T pass, no charge added, great 👍
