Booking system needs reviewing
Appointment booked for 10am for 4 new tyres waited over 2.5 hrs. Person very apologetic and seemed to be running around dealing with fittings and customer service. Maybe need seperate person on front desk dealing with customers.

There work is excellent
There work is excellent, there communication is great and keep you informed the whole way through.
All the staff are friendly, but as a woman going into a garage kath and the other girl (sorry don’t know your name) always make me feel at ease & are very patient, explain everything to me as I know very little about cars.
Iv been using this garage now for a few years & wouldn’t go anywhere else in Pembrokeshire.
