Staff were friendly and approachable, queries were dealt with straight away. Job completed in a good time with no waiting around. Competitive price and easy booking system which I will use again.

Booked in for air con regas
Booked in for air con regas, couldn’t get the part so I had to order myself then rebook when I had the part. Rebooked for the fitting and regas and the car makes a loud noice whenever I put on the air con on. Rebooked for Friday to hopefully sort out in the meantime I am unable to use the air con so not great.

Booked an MOT and service online
Booked an MOT and service online, on turning up, I was told I wasn’t in the system. Showed them the confirmation email and they still told me that I was not booked in. They did manage to fit me in because somebody else had not turned up. I was rang at 1540 to say that the car was ready, I said I would be there in approximately half an hour. I was told okay. I arrived at the garage at about 4:10 to find it was completely locked up, the garage had closed at 4 o’clock, the gentleman on the phone did not tell me this even though I said I would be around half an hour. I didn’t have the spare key, so I was unable to pick my car up and had to return home to get the other key. Although I did take the car on Saturday afternoon, I did not receive any phone calls on Monday to say the car had gone or to rearrange the picking up of the spare key service record and MOT. I went down to the garage on Monday afternoon having to leave work early. On arrival yet again I could not be found on the system, then I was asked if I had paid for the work. There was no apology or explanation given. Unfortunately, I will never use this garage again, I have used them for quite a few years and have almost become accustomed to poor customer service.

Was told it would take about 3 hours for mot and service so turned up then told service hadn’t been done because they was waiting for a ramp so would take another hour but l went for a walk till it was completed. Other than that good service
