Always helpful stuff and friendly never disappointed thank you

The day I went, the guys were 2 men down. I had to come back later in the day to be served, I needed 4 corners. It took near enough an hour in which I witnessed 2 hard working lads coping with a multitude of situations which they dealt with best they could, impressed.

Great experience, fantastic customer service from the team on duty. Definetly recommend and I will use them again.

Great service and value - undertook tyre repair to my request and swapped repaired tyre to rear.

Dealt with my emergency well and efficiently. They were very interested in the future safety of the driver. Able to deal with tyre on my return after the wheel was fixed very quickly.

I was contacted today and they handled my complaint really well. They took me seriously, the area manager has taken actions to ensure this doesn’t happen again. I will be going back to get my balancing (not tracking!) fixed. I have amended my score as I don’t think they could have done any more to fix it.

This was the worst garage experience I’ve ever experienced! An absolute joke!!

This garage took 90 minutes to fix a nail in a tyre, charged me £30 and ran my battery flat, tried to have me pay for a new battery and on top of all of that didn’t apologise once and was so friggin rude! I was a lone female btw!

I took my car to Selecta Tyre (as I have done for years but I haven’t been there for a while) and I didn’t recognise any of the staff and they didn’t have me in their system so I regave my details.
I had a puncture repair on my tyre - a plug fitted for a nail. I expected it to take as long as it has previously - around 20 minutes.
At the 30 minute mark, my car was still not done and I had 4 guys stood around my car. I asked how long for it to be fixed as I’d gone on my lunch break to be told it’s being finished.
At the 45 minute mark I now have what looks like a customer inspecting my wheel?! I ask again and they tell me they’re going to put my tyre back on the car now.
At the 55 minute mark I ask again and I am told the same about the tyre being put back on the car.

It’s over an hour so I step out into the forecourt to try and see what they are doing and I hear one of the guys say “come on guys, we should get back to work” and he gets into my car, goes to start the engine and my car is dead. He then shouts “who brought this in as it’s dead?”. He pops the bonnet and connects a battery pack TO MY NOW FLAT BATTERY!

I ask him if he’s run my battery flat while it’s been there and he tells me it’s a faulty battery and I need a new one!! When I tell him I know it’s fine as I have recently had a garage tell me so, he then tells me to get documentation from that garage and gets shirty with me telling me that I’m being argumentative when I tell him my battery is fine!

It’s 90 minutes later and I’ve not had a single apology and I’m stood with him shouting across the forecourt aggressively telling me it’s not them and I have to go to a different garage because it’s a faulty battery (even though I haven’t actually accused him of anything at this point!) He keeps telling me I need a new battery and every time I said no, he continued to argue at me and speak to me rudely.

He eventually takes my car, parks it up and brings me the keys. Throws them in my hand. I tried to difuse the situation by saying that I’m not trying to be argumentative; but I’m trying to understand if they have run my battery flat or if it is genuinely faulty and he continues to be rude to me! He then points out that he has parked my car and without the engine on it may be flat! Not once did I kick off considering the situation! I couldn’t believe it! I started the car and it worked but I had to then drive around for 30 mins as I didn’t know how flat the battery was. My hour lunch turned into over 2 hours in the end, all for a nail in a tyre!

I’ve had my car checked and the battery is absolutely fine but my tracking is now out! Guess I need to find a new garage to sort that for me - god knows how long that would take and what they would try and con me out of next!

Recently I had a problem with a puncture, after your analysis you came to a good conclusion
I can only thank everyone involved as before Protyre it was Selecta Tyre. I have used this tyre centre etc as long as I have been driving and I am 67 years old now, once again thankyou.

There was a small problem but it was resolved positively

Gave a price and fitted two new tyres there and then and tracked the car.

Efficient and polite, and did it in time they said,well done,

Managed to get a same appointment. Everything was ok. Only criticism was they didnt call me to say they had finished but otherwise polite and did work to a good quality.

Great price the lads were friendly and polite

Excellent service, tyre blew, had one in stock at good price unlike some others who prey on the immediate fitment customers. Fitted while l waited.
