Waited over 2 hrs to get tyres fitted…

Waited over 2 hrs to get tyres fitted onto my car despite having an appointment at 11am. Manager’s attitude was that he couldn’t care less when challenged on the tone it was taking. Will certainly won’t be back

Front and rear brakes and discs replaced

Front and rear brakes and discs replaced in a quick time over 2 visits. A rear tyre was found to have a bubble in the side wall and was replaced at the same time. Prices compare well with large garages and staff always helpful.

Avoid

Arrived on time for my appointment, yet it still took over two hours to change two front tyres. I repeatedly asked for updates, but nobody could tell me how much longer it would take. The manager’s response was simply, “We don’t know,” which was completely unacceptable. Poor communication, poor customer service, and no respect for customers’ time. A frustrating experience from start to finish. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible service and attitude

Terrible service and attitude. Had an MOT failure so returned the following day for a retest and to get the tyre changed that had failed. Was one other customer in and still took 45 minutes for my car to be taken into the garage. The change its self took 20 minutes to complete with my newly refurbished alloy wheel getting gouged. The car then sat for another 20 minutes while the mechanic went to the shop for ice lollies. When he came back 4 mechanics sat in the reception eating the ice lollies while I sat waiting. Eventually my car was hooked up to the machine and retested which took my total time to 1 hour 30 mins. Will never be back.

Visited this morning at 8am

Visited this morning at 8am. Was met by a chap who was clearly in a bad mood. No "hello", "good morning", "how can I help"...he just looked at me. I asked if he could quote me for a new battery. He mumbled something about a computer and that "we don't open until 8.30". This was despite the door being open and the sign on the door clearly stating that it opened at 8am. Needless to say, I won't be back....

Terrible customer service

Staff should be sent on week long customer service course because what i experienced was extremely poor.

S L O W puncture

It took 90 minutes to sort a slow puncture, and there was only one other customer, in that time.

Issue with tyres fitted six months ago

My Citroen Berlingo was fitted with what I thought as quality and robust Goodyear tyres. The van had driven 6000 miles on these and only due to an incident it was noticed that both were stripped to the ‘cord’. The manager was on holiday when I took it in and those charged with running the business refused to acknowledge that there was an issue both with the wear the such a dangerous degree. Goodyear claim a 5 year warranty on their website and it was researched that these tyres should be good for up to 50,000 miles. I had then to pay them another £190 for two new tyres having spent £244 only 6 months ago.
I was less than impressed by the lack of courtesy and overall customer experience.
