I initially had a very poor customer experience and felt compelled to leave a negative review. However, I was later contacted personally by the manager, who took the time to listen, sincerely apologise, and explain the steps being taken to improve staff training and service standards.

I really appreciated the proactive approach and accountability shown. As a gesture of goodwill, they also offered some support to help resolve the issue, which made a significant difference.

While my first experience was disappointing, the way it was handled afterwards has restored some confidence. It’s clear that efforts are being made to improve, and I hope future customers benefit from these changes.

I have used pro tyre for pre MOT free tyre and brake check.
This year was very different.
Booked my appointment time online.
Rude welcome - just told to sit and wait.
Waited an hour before they checked my car.
I am usually sitting in my car when they do the check but this time I wasn’t.
Told me I needed 2 tyres, brake pads and discs and they could get the work done that day.
When I said not to do the work as I needed to go as I had sat there 2 hours already - there attitude towards me changed, they were rude - both manager and assistant manager. Asked for the quotation which was not forthcoming.
They insisted I needed the work to pass my MOT.
After leaving the garage and stopped nearby. My car would not start. They had drained my battery. Refused to help me.

After getting a second opinion 2 days later the work they advised that needed to be done for MOT was not required. My MOT was passed.
Very sad that garages still take advantage of female drivers.
After this experience I would never use them again.

Customer relations was contacted about this and my complaint and feedback was acknowledged.
Sadly the area manager Ricky who contacted me - hung up on me, I had to call him back. He had failed to read the complaint as his understanding was not accurate - basic requirement for any complaint. Seemed incompetent and not bothered. All I was told was the depot would be visited. The general customer service is poor at all management levels.
