Protyre Autocare - Leicester Narborough Road レビュー 

I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment (as instructed) only to be told "the ramp was in use." It's was only when I asked if we could reschedule that an attempt was made to accommodate my booking.
The tracking on my car (which pulled to the left) now pulls to the right.
I won't be using Protyre again.

Lee and his team are always on hand to help and get you back on the road. Great work as always. Polite, friendly, efficient and effective. I wouldn't go any where else. Thanks again.

Went to get my rear tyres swapped and front tyres aligned.... the rear tyres were done without issue but I was told that the fronts need doing as they are at the legal limit .... so I will be better off doing my front tyre alignment after replacing my tyres....

My car in service the next day find to find out that my front tyres are no where near the legal limit..... and I was lied to.... probbly to get me to pay for another set of tyres.... and I didnt get the alignment I paid for...and ill probbly have to pay again for another alignment.

.. well won't be going back to that garage anymore...

Really recommend this place. I ordered late on Sunday evening and had new tyres fitted the next morning. It was done very quickly and they also let me know I had some damage to my CV boot which saved me some potentially more extensive and costly repairs in the future.

My car had recently failed a MOT because of a problem with the headlights and with the handbrake. I had repaired the lights myself, but I needed a place in Leicester that could check my brakes. I found Protyre Autocare -Narborough Road, Leicester .
I arrived without an appointment and asked if they could take a look. Not only did they take a look at the brakes, they tested the headlights I had repaired as well. All of that was No Charge! It was suggested I take the car back to the original MOT center the following day for a retest.
The next day the original MOT center was fully booked and couldn’t do a retest. That was very bad news because I had to make my way to the airport the following day. In a forlorn hope I returned to Protyre Autocare. I explained my problem. To my great relief they did a completely new MOT - even though it was getting late.
I heartily recommend Protyre Autocare - Narborough Road, Leicester. They were very helpful, thorough and flexible.

Reception wasn't the best no "good morning how can I help".

Directed to Procare from nearby service station on M1, with a blister in side wall. After thorough examination and despite being busy they changed the tyre and we were back on the M1 all within about 1 hour. Excellent service and reasonable price.
