Always helpful and efficient

On route from Lincolnshire to Somerset, I unfortunately managed to go over a large piece of wire that embedded itself into my tyre. I called Green Flag out, who weren't that great at getting me sorted. Anyway, I arrived at Syston Protyre, who were surprised to see me as my car hadnt been booked in by Green Flag.
They booked my car in immediately and once the tyre fitter had finished the car he was working on, jumped straight into my car and had the wheel and tyre off in next to no time. He put the new tyre on straight away, no messing about and my car was ready to go in a very short period of time!
The price of the tyre was reasonably priced. The staff were extremely friendly and polite and the work carried out was very good.
I am happy to give Protyre, Syston a 5 star review and highly recommend them to potential new customers

Not just service with a smile… outstanding service with a song! I turned up without an appointment as I had an issue with my car battery, the guys at Protyre Syston were brilliant… I would highly recommended them…problem sorted with a free seasonal safety check and a new car battery… Thankyou…keep singing!

I had two tyres with slow punctures. They were extremely busy and said they could fit me in around 2pm. I left the car with them as I was staying at my mums half a mile away. This was about 9.30am. They walked me at 11.30 to tell me one could be repaired but the other needed replacing. They had none in stock but their Leicester depot did. Drove over to Leicester and had the tyre fitted in 15 minutes. Great service from both workshops.

All very professional, helpful and polite, especially the man on reception. Even when I was putting pressure on as I had to collect my daughter from school, and I was a bit anxious. Thank you xx

Sound blokes very helpful fast at work

The service was prompt and the wait not too long. Advisories provided was incorrect even according to Protyres recommendations. Tyres replacement were recommended as soon as possible with 6mm about 70% tread still left. Brakes got an advisory of worn do not drive. Had this checked out by another garage and the pads were 50% worn. Do not trust advisories! It is a scam!
