very helpful,after having two new tyres fitted one kept loosing pressure, I went back to Syston two days later and they attended to the problem straight away. Very good staff.

After Martin the manager contacted us regarding our concern. He promptly dealt with the issue for us we are extremely happy and will continue to use and recommend this company.

I have used Protyres quite a few times just to get my tyre pressures checked and last week I had all 4 tyres replaced. Outstanding service... Carefully explained the choices ( from a large range) and costings etc. Booked car in for First thing Monday morning. Replaced all tyres with associated checks whilst I sat in cosy coffee room and had a couple of coffees! All done with competitive pricing....Lovely staff, brilliantly managed garage. Extremely pleased with this company. Thank you.

Went in with puncture after replacement before Christmas. Tyre treads before Christmas were fine. On this check they were needing replacement . 7mm tread in a month gone apparently. Got them to redo them to find out they were all wrong. Almost cost me 2 new tyres for no reason

In a nutshell, SUPERB!

Last week I bought my husband a Ford Mondeo. A few hours after purchase, an engine low battery light came on. The seller - a tradesman who will remain nameless - was not inclined to help. Having previously used ProTyre Syston for my Fiesta tyre and sensor replacements, I drove over to ask their advice. I was met by Baz, who shall henceforth be called The Hero.

Baz took pity on my clearly very panicked state. He tested the battery, gave advice about seeing what happened with it after driving it a bit (diesel which likely had been sat for a while), and was extremely patient with my million questions. We had a smashed rear light casing which he offered to fix, and went so far as to locate one on facebook marketplace in a local scrap yard. You'd think it ends there.. it does not.

The following day, having arranged to meet Baz at ProTyre to fit the casing, the car wouldn't start. No lights or anything - battery was completely flat. Contacted the seller, who remained entirely useless. Panic contacted Baz, who went over and above anything I could have hoped for. Baz drove out from ProTyre, jump started my stupid car, drove behind me back to ProTyre to ensure I was safe, then changed the battery. He also completed a full, free, safety check on the car to ensure my driving our 10 month old was safe. He must have spent over an hour and a half looking over absolutely everything and then translating what was happening to me in words I could understand. He also offered to help in future if anything came up with the car, and checked in the week after to make sure everything was okay.

Though Baz did the bulk of the Hero work.. a massive thankyou is also in order to the staff on duty on Thursday 8th and Friday 9th of January. I was offered lots of hot chocolate, my daughter was entertained, prices were explained at the offset and stuck to (no unexpected extra charges). Advice was given about trading standards and reporting the tradesman for a mass of misinformation and mis-selling.

I honestly have never received such a personable, over and above, thoughtful support and service. I will not be going anywhere else for my car-related-disasters or maintenance. Thankyou Baz (Hero). Thankyou Syston ProTyre.

Ordering the tyres and having them fitted was easy and efficient.
One staff member was kind and respectful and I overheard him dealing well with a client who had an issue. The other member of staff was much less polite. My experience was good

Turned up with a bolt in my tyre fully convinced I was about to need a whole new one and questioning whether a repair would even last! Baz was amazing! Calm, reassuring and had it fixed in under half an hour!
I sat inside with a cappuccino, nice and warm, zero stress. Honestly, such lovely people and really good customer service! Would 100% recommend!

Absolutely spot on! Couldn't fault these guys at all. Use them for my tyres every time and the work they did to correct my tracking...they definitely earnt the money that day. Fantastic service. Dont rip you off and free coffee while you wait haha. 5* service!

Tyre price was great, staff were receptive on arrival and the tyres were fitted in double quick time, couldn't fault it.
