Got tyres I needed and fitted when I needed them and very good value. Staff and service was outstanding. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Easy to get an urgent appointment, started on time, and waiting room had tea and coffee. A good price for a new battery fitted too. And easy to find.

A very efficient service with good customer service

Had my car booked in for an air conditioning service/regas, arrived at the booked in time of 11-30am and they started on my car almost immediately while I sat in a very comfortable waiting area, very friendly guys here at the Aylesford branch they explain everything to you, regas service was completed in the time stated and at a very competitive price, perfect service all round.

Good customer services until you need your car fixed! We spent hundreds of pounds, car went back 3 times and kept being told could be different problem. Showed them a photo of what the issue was but still was not fixed so we sorted it out ourselves in the end.
Will not be returning and would never recommended to friends or family.

Although I was pleased with the price of four new Falken tyres, I was disappointed with the service from the Maidstone branch. The fitter himself was very good, but they only had two of the four that I ordered, even though I rang the day before to check that they were all in stock. I had to return the next day. I also found that the apron in front of the fitting bay had quite of lot of debris, including two steel screws. I would have been very annoyed if one of these had been picked up in a brand new tyre. When I reported this to the counter staff, they did not seem to be too concerned.

Excellent professional service as always

Originally met by a young lad called Ollie. I asked if somebody could have a look at my tyres, he instantly got his tool out of his pocket and checked them and the air then walked me into reception where I met Shane who booked me in for Tyres and my long over due service.
My car is running better than ever and I will definitely be back for my next service and mot.
Well done Protyre, Ollie and Shane you’ve got yourself a customer for life!

Great service and staff. Made it very easy to purchase and fit a new tyre and were very quick in doing so

notice some uneven tyre wear so took car in to be checked, as suspected allignment and tracking out probably caused by potholes, sorted out, not as cheao as it used to be but still a lot cheaper than new tyres

We have used Protyre numerous times over the years for family cars and a motorhome. The staff are really great; always friendly, helpful and professional. Can't recommend them enough :)
