I look my car in for a Gold car service. Very pleased with the service I received.

Excellent competitive service with very good communication

They are very polite curtious and very quick to get the job started and no hanging around talking to each other,excellent job..

I took my tyre there for a repair because it was loosing pressure. They told me it was due to a nail puncture and it's being repaired without seeking my consent. I then asked if they could check the rest of the tyres also and put air in if needed. I remember begging twice to top up the air in the tyres and when they said the repair was done, I asked again if they had put air abd the guy in charge said yes. On getting to my car, I noticed that the air pressure hasn't gone up from when I took the puncture there. I have before and after pictures. The guy said the pressure won't reset until after doing a mile or 2 miles. As if I don't know the car I've been driving for 5 yrs, I didn't argue with him. So I drove over 2 miles and the pressure only went up from 2.5 to 2.6. Normal inflated tyre should be 3.5. How can you repair a tyre and not check that it has adequate pressure and that it's safe to drive? So I call their number to complain to the guy, all he could say was to come back to put air in, that he didn't know why the pressure didn't go up. Are you for real? I'll rather go to Asda and pay 50p for air than to go back there for that purpose. I go there for servicing too but they just lost a customer.

Courteous and professional

Professional, very friendly and great prices. We forgot our MOT renewal date so booked at short notice (in fact on the afternoon of Good Friday!). Appointment was booked and paid online, confirmation received and MOT was completed the next morning (Saturday) in 45 minutes whilst we waited (and watched on a viewing screen). Highly recommended.
