Protyre at Preston. Jack’s customer service was brilliant. I was booked in for a wheel alignment after an unsuccessful alignment at a different garage. Jack explained the whole process and made the required adjustments.

Very helpful and professional

Last night I booked a tyre check up at the Preston branch and was able to find a suitable appointment for this morning. Paul and Jack were very helpful and checked the tyres for me as soon as I arrived. They told me they were fine but would need replacing in the next 2000 miles or so. When I asked about replacing them today, they gave me a good price and did them straight away. There was no pressure to buy today, that was my decision. Friendly, professional and a very good service. Thanks, guys!

Extremely rude customer services,filled the air con gas with no cooling and called to tell them that it should be ok to fill/top up the gas,the manager Paul there was extremely rude.First time visit,staff there left both the caps of valves of AC and forgot to close it.Second time staff closed the caps too tight that because of that the valve got broken and valve started to leak ac gas.Worst customer services.Never go there.

Pete went above and beyond getting the right price for a back box spent 35 minutes phoning round to get the best deal. Had it fitted today no drama quick efficient and on budget cannot recommend highly enough will be my go to for tyres and exhaust

I had a new tyre fitted, to match the same tyre I'd had fitted last year on the same axle.
Unlike the previous fitting, this time the valve wasn't replaced and the wheel was apparently not freshly balanced.
If the wheel was balanced, and it didn't require new weights in a different position, then that wasn't mentioned to me.
I've yet to drive the car on a motorway to see if there's any balance issues.
Notwithstanding, the valve wasn't replaced...
The two stars are fitting the correct tyre, to the correct wheel, and in the correct position.

Used Pro Tyres a few times now and have always found the staff helpful and cheerful. They keep you informed of progress. They are clear as to what needs to be done from their initial inspections and are also clear with a breakdown of their costs. Would certainly recommend and will continue to use Pro Tyres. Excellent service and very good knowledge of the products from Paul at the Blackpool Road branch Preston, had all four tyres fitted and from ordering to finish the job was a breeze would highly recommend this garage.
