Very nice set up, conveniently close to home, friendly and informed team! Were able to get my MoT test done and fix the small failure in good time without impacting on my day! Would definitely recommend and will surely be returning as and when anything else is required

I had a puncture and Protyre Rugby were able to fit a new tyre and wheel alignment while I waited.

Our car went in for an mot and failed on rear pads we were advised to replace the rear pads and discs which we agreed to . unfortunately their technicians decided to start work on the front brakes as the manager said “just as bad as the rear”, (yet the following day had passed its MOT with rear brake being replaced) the tech started to hammer the discs off which caused damage. The manager said it wouldn’t take 6 whacks of a hammer to get a disc off, but once he noticed they had done the wrong brakes they’re fitted the discs back on. The now damaged discs are back on the vehicle and I now have a warning light on for tyre pressure on that corner. This all went unnoticed for about a week until we noticed a wheel nut on our drive way and a locking wheel nut was completely missing . we contacted the rugby depot and they did admit fault and they even left us a nice apologetic voicemail admitting fault. They arranged for us to come in the same afternoon to replace and re torque all of the wheels nuts up. and then they wanted to charge us to replace the damaged discs to the front which were not damaged or a mot failure, until the technician got the hammer on it . after multiple attempts to contact head office we have had no reply
my advice is do not use the rugby depot

Although, they didn't have what I needed, they understood what I needed and directed me to the right place to get it. Once I obtained the tyre, Protyre fitted and balanced it straight away.
