Very prompt and helpful customer service, dealt with punctured tyre very quickly and back on the road with speed. Will definitely be returning in future with any tyre problems

Very helpful
Very helpful, efficient. Found a problem with another tyre. Suggested cheaper alternative. Didn't have tyres in stock but got them next morning.

Re gas of air con, easy to book online, good location, staff very pleasant and friendly, explained the procedure really well and any follow up work if needed. Would definitely recommend and use protyre again, very professional and affordable.

Great service! I've used them a couple of times and they've always done a good, quick job. They even helped me out when I'd over-tightened a bolt.

Service with a smile
Called this morning for an MOT and the delightful chaps booked me in for a convenient time later in the day.
Dave and Jamie were both polite, friendly and helpful and looked after my prized possession, totally recommend this garage, fabulous customer service

First class tyre service
Seen straight away, knew what was required, asked for locking wheel nut. Said he call if any issues and be ready in an hour. Called ref rear tracking out and did I want correcting at advised pricing, but still had the job finished within the hour.

Great service and communication from…
Great service and communication from Protyre Rugby (Railway Terrace). I had a call within an hour to let me know my MOT was finished, and another call once the service was completed a few hours later. Very happy!
