Excellent service every time
Excellent service every time. The team are friendly, professional, ans always explain everything clearly. They are honest about what work is needed and never try to charge for unnecessary repairs. Ive been a customer for many years and have always recieved great service. There's a reason they're such a busy garage. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Unpleasant experience
The service of the garage if fine, but the manager who served me was shocking. He was rude and seems to try and make the customer look stupid. It was a horrible experience, came away so upset.

Easy to book online, lots of availability to choose from even for the next day. Good value for money. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Car was worked on at the scheduled time with a quick turn around. Easy to find and get to with parking available. Was able to wait on site. Would use again and recommend. Thank you.

New tyres
Ordered tyres online. Went to fit but had not arrived from main depot.
Looked at alternatives but none in branch untill next day.
Went back next day for fitting.
There was a mess up with my original tyres not arriving but the staff were knowledgeable, helpful and apologetic due to the error.
The branch Manager adjusted my final bill to compensate for the error. I was happy with this and the attitude of all the staff was so helpful. No problem, will Definitely use Protyre Salisbury again. Was going for Cinturato's originally but given the option of Falken or Cinturato's on day 2, as the team made sure I had a choice when I arrived, I went for the ZE320's. So far, so good, handles well. Not tried in the wet yet but, I think they will be good, ZE320 reviews are good, they feel nice and stable on my focus

Very professional manager listened hard to the problem and selected his most experienced technician to sort out the major problem with the steering geometry on my RAV 4. This is something that even Toyota Guildford have been unable to do. The car now drives perfectly without pulling left or right nor squealing in car parks. I would give them 10 stars out of 5 if I could !!
