Excellent service. I had booked online for service and MOT and was greeted very professionally on arrival. The car was ready when expected and I found the whole procedure very efficient and at a good price.

Trust these guys for my Mot and Service they always do a good job.

Yet again a fantastic service from Hawleys, a full service and MOT. Phone call to tell me when the service was done, and when I collected my car everything was explained to me telling me what had been done.
Excellent deserve more than 5 stars, I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiaring a service and MOT.

MOT completed in timely and professional manner. Repairs advised on and completed in same day. The staff gave me confidence on everything.

Fast, efficent and expertly done

Customer Service is marvellous , I went in for a brake check which I booked on line again easy to do. The boys told me nothing wrong another 18k miles before work required and I left with my mind at rest. I do recommend this branch to everyone.

We called to book in my wife's car for a slow puncture to be checked. They said they could repair it there and then, which they did. Service was excellent.

Poor customer service.

I booked my car in 2 weeks ago for a bronze service along with a diagnostic check to find out if I needed new spark plugs and I also asked for the pollen filter to be changed. My car was dropped off at 10:30am and at 3:30pm I still hadn't heard anything from the garage. My partner drove me to check on the car as I had tried several times to phone them and not been able to get through. On arrival at the garage I was told that they had only completed the service and not the other two things I had asked for, I spoke with Alex who is the assistant manager, whose attitude was disgusting. I was told that they hadn't carried out a diagnostic check but it was probably the spark plugs and that they also hadn't done anything with the pollen filter as the website was down where they purchase from, when asked why he didn't just call them he didn't respond.
To top it all, the information I had given them and the things I'd asked them to complete for me along with the service, had been written on the service as if they were things that they had found.
I then went to get in my car to find that the plastic shield from under the driver footwell was left in my passenger footwell so I had to go back inside to ask for them to put it back on for me (one of the mechanics did this for me and did apologise)
Customer service in this garage when the manager Jamie isn't there, and Alex is working, is disgusting and they have now lost several customers as a result, as myself, my partner and my sisters all use this garage, along with my nephews, we will all no longer use it if this is how we get treated. I have been using the garage since 2010 and never have I been spoken too and treated with so much disrespect.
