Car service done for the price quoted, friendly phone call advised me when done.

The gentle at the front desk was incredible and very helpful. It was also said gentleman that did my MOT.
His team done a fantastic job aswell. Top marks
Would recommend this facility to anyone looking to get your car serviced, MOT'd, tyres, and general maintenance.

One of their tyre fitters tell you that you need new tyres because won't pass mot and next day the mot fitter ask you why you want to change the tyres, nothing wrong with the old ones. 😡

Still not received paperwork for work done on my vehicle.

I originally went for my MOT. Had a few issues come up, they worked along with me and managed to get everything resolved, including passing the MOT all before 4pm on a Saturday! Excellent turn around, friendly and helpful staff. They even offer interest free finance which was a welcome surprise, for unexpected cost. Highly recommend them

Once again outstanding service from the team at Protyre sittingbourne. As I arrived an hour early by mistake and they fit me in anyway. I would have given 5 stars but my Friday convenient appointment was changed because the ramp broke down, so I had to rearrange for bank holiday Monday, the staff were professional and helpful, so 4 it is.

Rob in your Sittingbourne branch went above & beyond to help me out with an oil service after being let down by a competitor (who weren't as "Quick" (sic) as a quick fitter!)
Rob looked after my vehicle & up-sold me an AirCon recharge so I did spend more than planned but was rewarded with excellent, friendly & efficient service. Thank you Rob & Team.

Top service! Realised on the Sunday my MOT had run out and Protyre were the only company I could find online that had an appointment the next day, Monday. All smooth booking and passed when I was doubtful. Very helpful, never heard of you before but would come back again and recommend to others. Very efficient service.

Quick availability of my preferred tyre. Straight in and straight out. Just what I like, no faff.

Broke my door handle then super glued it. Now is loose. Said they would fix but not heard back for over a week.

I booked MOT, i had no calls that something was wrong and when i came to collect the car i was told the MOT was not done due to the complete lack of oil in engine which was not right btw. No one tried to get in touch with me to inform me about it, i get the garage can refuse MOT but i expected a phone call. So i decided to cancel the service and requested the refund which happened 24/04 and no refund so far. Called the garage today (07/05) and they could not find the details in the system as the manager is on holiday. Surely there is a deputy to step in. I was told to call back again when the manager is back from his holiday. Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional. I will advise all people I know not to use Protyre in Sittingbourne. customer Service level shockingly low.

After paying nearly £300 for 3 new tyres, I still had a tyre pressure light on my dashboard that they didn't even look at. Cost me another £300 to get that sorted somewhere else. Also I was the first person into the waiting room and last person out because they told me my car was ready as an after thought because everyone had left. If you're not a manly man wanting to discuss cars, don't go here. What's worse is the numerous emails I've had from them begging for reviews etc.
