Booked appointment online so when I got there I had to run through everything that needed checking. Steve on reception was very helpful and made me feel confident my van was in the right hands.
All the lads who worked on my vehicle were very polite and treated my van with the upmost respect. I was very happy with all there work.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Everything was done right on time, and the whole process was handled very professionally.
Protyre also offered the lowest price I could find for the tyres I had chosen, including fitting, which made the overall deal excellent value for money.
I was also pleasantly surprised that, while fitting the tyres, they checked the thickness of my brake pads — something I wasn't expecting at all.
Punctual, professional, competitively priced and thorough. Very happy with the service and I would definitely recommend Protyre.

I paid front alignment
I paid front alignment, They set the steering wheel incorrectly—it’s just like it was before, angled to the left; the steering wheel isn't straight when driving on a straight road. I received email for inspection and second day checked fixed. Absolutely happy

Guys were great in branch
Guys were great in branch, manager on desk was really under pressure as I assume some bookings hadn’t been processed and logged on system and a few surprise bookings turned up, they were very busy but they still did it quickly and it didn’t show that it was a bother to them
