Staff were helpful and polite but took 3 visits
Staff were helpful and problem with the tracking unit was unavoidable. But it took 3 visits to get my tyres changed; one of which was I did not know they had changed to appts and was mistake that tyres were not actually available.

Definitely use again
I'd not been before but the person on reception was very helpful and friendly and not at all patronising to a woman on her own, which I have experienced at other places. Service was quite speedy and I was not pushed into buying the more expensive tyre. Will definitely use you again.

Fitters helpful and polite but I didn't get a receipt with details of tyres and work done. No confirmation of correction to wheel alignments.

Would have given 5 stars but the overall cost on 4 tyres and tracking was a little more than I expected but the service was absolutely first class. Just me living slightly in the past. A class act
