Cheapest price and good quick friendly service
Cheapest price I could find for the tyres I wanted. Took less than 1/2 hour to fit and balance the tyres from driving in to driving away.
Friendly staff and free coffee, who could ask for more.
Will be back next time I need tyres as preferred it there to Ystrad Road.

Great service
I recently visited Protyre in Fforestfach with my BMW E92 330i M Sport and was genuinely impressed by the service I received from Lisa.
I’m very particular when it comes to choosing tyres for my car, and after shopping around, I’d become frustrated with sales teams seemingly more interested in selling specific brands than understanding my requirements.
Lisa was a refreshing change. She took the time to listen to my needs, understand my budget and recommend a tyre that was right for both my budget and, more importantly, my car. She also price-matched a competitor’s lower quote, which was greatly appreciated.
What really stood out was Lisa’s knowledge, professionalism and friendly approach. She clearly understood my BMW’s specifications and demonstrated excellence knowledge of tyres. Rather than pushing a particular product, she offered honest, informed advice and made me feel confident that I was making the right choice.
It’s rare to come across customer service like this, especially when you’re a customer who knows exactly what they want and expects knowledgeable advice. Lisa was polite, approachable and clearly focused on getting the best outcome for the customer.
Lisa is a real credit to Protyre Fforestfach. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for knowledgeable advice, competitive pricing and, above all, customer service that puts the customer first.

I had booked my car in via the Internet…
I had booked my car in via the Internet the previous day, and even though I arrived early
The work was carried out straight away with no delays.
The Staff were very welcoming and friendly and the pricing was clear and reasonable too.
I would 100% use them again.
