I would give 100 stars if there were.
Recommended by a friend, I started to give it a go.
Very impressed with it all. Considerate waiting area for everyone: tables, sofas, plug sockets, a posh coffee machine, and plenty of space. Every detail shows their customer-oriented care.
Staff, especially Lisa, are friendly and knowledgeable; they are the front-line representatives of the brand. She explained what was going on and kept me updated while I was there. I've never had this in a 4S shop or any other garage. She went through any potential issues with me and answered my questions with plenty of patience.
For the team, a young man with a disposal seat and foot sheet came to my car and took it straight away in the park area after I arrived; I don't see it in a 4S shop or any big chain company. Must be very good internal logistics management in place; all my MOT and two front tyres were changed in a couple of hours! Never seen this elsewhere.
Most of all, I feel safe here; all information is transparent, pricing is clear, and you don't feel like you'll be stitched up.
I wish I had come earlier. Will definitely stay with you.

Came in last minute as a tyre had a slow puncture and I was in and out within an hour. So quick and efficient. Lovely staff. Lisa helped me and was so kind! Highly recommend this place.

Puncture was repaired hence the 2stars
Puncture was repaired hence the 2stars.
Having being a tyre fitter many years ago. To take 1.75hrs to do a puncture is unbelievable. I was in a major hurry which I explained and then to be a free health check was done on all brakes etc is ridiculous. I didn't want that. Just fix the puncture.
I had a service 2 weeks ago so knew my brakes were fine.
Made me late for the rest of the day. Won't be back

The visit went very smoothly
The visit went very smoothly. Everything was on time, with no unnecessary waiting, etc. If there are any issues with the car, the mechanics explain the situation clearly and directly.
