Always friendly staff and helpful
Always friendly staff, and very helpful. I explained my problem with a warning light showing, a member of staff went and checked the car and then informed me what the problem was and how to rectify it. This was soon sorted. Very pleased .

Had to contact customer services to get some 'service'
Had to contact customer services to get the branch to honor the appointment time, I booked via Asda Tyres and was given the time slot 9-10. Didn't notice the booking then stated 9am after I paid ! However I still arrived at around 9.05 and stood in queue for 10 minutes while they dealt with the other customers. To be told I am late and that I won't be done until 11am as my booking was given to the guy behind me in the book, fair enough I thought I'll go in after but sadly according to the branch this isn't how it works. Rang HO Customer services who investigated and called me back to tell me they can't help as I hadn't left with my car behind, when I in fact had left it booked in with the keys left at the branch. Customer services were concerned at this stage and told me they were investigating 5 minutes later at 9.40 magically my car was suddenly being taken in as planned, customer services didn't call me back however their actions spoke volumes. Without them this would be a 1 star review. I feel as though booking via an agent wasn't appreciated by the chap on the counter however I may be wrong but have no idea. No branch staff took the time to apologise for their behavior towards me.

My van had failed on its first MOT on…
My van had failed on its first MOT on brakes and I was going on holiday the next day so had no time to get the work done before o had to return to work, but Callum managed to squeeze at the end of the day. I couldn’t thank him enough and the lads who work with him. Superb
