Protyre Autocare - Telford レビュー

Usual great service.

Booked my MOT here (Hardy Tyres, Telford) through Groupon after choosing this garage based on its excellent reviews, and I can see why they’re rated so highly.

Initially the car failed on washer fluid and a rear brake light colour issue, which was frustrating as I had only replaced the bulbs a couple of days earlier. However, the tester took the time to ring me, explain exactly what the issue was, and even compared both bulbs to confirm that one genuinely appeared a different shade when illuminated despite looking identical removed from the car.

They topped up the washer fluid, ordered the correct replacement bulb, and arranged for the retest the same day rather than just sending me away with a fail sheet.

Very professional, honest and thorough service. I’d definitely use them again.

I've been a customer for years.
Consistent reliable service and honest advice.
I don't use any other company.

Always very professional, courteous and straight talking.

The staff are very helpful and gave me good solid advice regards tyre selection, very competitive prices.
I will continue to give Protyre my business.

Quick helpful and very professional excellant staff

Easy booking, friendly staff, no problems with booking cancellation. Job done in the time they said it will be done.

Great job. Trusted place.

I had a free tyre check. A very comprehensive, friendly and professional service. Will get one of my tyres replaced from there shortly.

It was easy to book appointment.
Staff were pleasent and friendly.
They got on and did the job I needed doing so I wasn't there any longer than I had to be.
The price was great.

Great service, honest garage and good value.

Very swift service. Very friendly staff.

**Be wary of scaring into upselling products!!**
Booked and paid in advance for air con regas.
Dropped keys off and popped to shop. Received a call within 15 mins ‘As part of our pre-check we’ve noticed that your rear tyres are splitting.. if you were pulled over by police they wouldn’t be legal’. My response was’ it’s ok thanks I’ve got my MOT booked next week, I’ll see what they say’. ‘Ok let us know if we can price up some tyres and we’ll go ahead and do the air con’.
Collected car- air con all working. Great!!
Just collected car from MOT at my usual garage and it has passed with advisory on back tyres but plenty of tread left.
Would have been 5 star for booked air con regas but with the pushy sales of tyres that actually ARN’T needed and ARE legal - I won’t be returning!

I have been using Protyre for many years. Always given top class service and excellent value for money. Have been a customer of the Telford branch more recently and I have always come away with a job well done. Thanks to their staff👍

Liam was so helpful on Saturday when I needed a new tyre after hitting a pot hole. He even put the spare back under my Campervan for me too . I really like the time slots you get so less time waiting and there is no one in the que . I was given options of brands and mid range and they had both in stock so no waiting for tyres compared to kwikfit. Customer service is excellent . Went back today to have my air con re-gased given a time slot and no long to wait and it was all done . Thank you Protyre definitely recommend you and come back again . Prices are very reasonable too . Didn’t cost an arm and a leg for a tyre and air con .

Friendly, efficient service.

Rang on a Saturday morning and by the afternoon my slow puncture was sorted
