Great customer service, friendly staff. Great communication. Ordered two tyres and replaced that afternoon and two more placed two days later as they needed changing as well. Great cup of tea whilst waiting 🙂

MOT carried out very efficiently and professionally. I recommend it.

Appointment cancelled.
Re-booked but not available.
Asked for a refund.
Very poor service.

Had interim Service, but very next day car wouldn't start, screen telling me workshop needed. On electrical fault, went back and they said they’d sorted the issue. Went to work, at end of day car wouldn’t start again Lots of flashing saying driver assist not working etc. Left it awhile and an hour later started. Took back in this morning, now been told electrical fault which is to complicated for them . I have now booked into another garage. I won’t be using you again!!

Air con recharge done with no fuss. Cheers guys

They were amazing at helping me solve the issues with my car and always made sure I was booked in as soon as possible to fix it! Can’t Thank them enough for all their time and efforts! Great bunch of guys! 10/10!!

Very professional and polite service

People, in my opinion, are what make a company great or not so great. I can not thank the team at Thetford enough for their kindness and willingness to help me sort out my Son's Tyres. I worry enough about his illness and how it affects him without having to worry about whether his vehicle is roadworthy when he is out in it. So I really appreciated the extra mile the Thetford team went for us. We had a few issues with our order, but nothing was too much trouble for the Guys there. Protrye should be proud of the team they have at the Thetford Branch.
