Went online and managed to get a test the following day. To me that is top end service, test done within the hour, premise were clean & tidy all very efficient. I will certainly go to Protyre Auto centre to have my car serviced in the future, cheers.

Unfortunately over the past few years…
Unfortunately over the past few years my experience with Protyre in Latchford has got worse and worse. This year, i recieved no communication as to whether my Mot and service was complete. When I finally got through on the phones (after being on hold for a long time) I was told the repairs my car needed would cost me a further £520 but couldn’t be provided with a bill or service note, I then had to sit on hold for a further 30 mins to try and see if I could collect my vehicle as I was aware the business closes at 5pm and I hadn’t heard anything by 4:30pm, only to be told it had been ready for a while. Really unhappy with the service recieved and I am not actually confident all the things I paid for have been carried out

Very efficient process to order the…
Very efficient process to order the exact tyres I wanted, and to book a slot to have them fitted. Work was carried out well, and at reasonable cost. Only slight downside is that the chap at reception could have been a bit less sullen and more communicative.
