Helpful, efficient and quick service.

Pro tyre was able to fix the puncture in my tyre same day when the big names has two day waiting lists. Work was done quickly and to my complete satisfaction.

Very good services they provided. Excellent service, staff are nice and the worship is clean.

Came in on Saturday as I had a puncture. From start to finish all very professional, friendly and a lovely bunch of staff!

I had a very poor experience with this Protyre branch following an MOT.

The car failed on suspension components that had previously been repaired, which immediately raised concerns about the accuracy of the inspection. I was also told that front tyres fitted by Protyre only months earlier were dangerously worn, which is not reasonable under normal use.

I was then quoted over £1,000 for repairs. After seeking a second opinion, the same issues were resolved by an independent garage for a few hundred pounds, and the vehicle passed its MOT without major defects.

I also received conflicting information about MOT retest charges and felt pressured regarding additional work. Overall, the service felt inaccurate, overpriced, and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any repairs.

Appointment 9-30 am, arrived 20 min. beforehand as requested. Then sat and twiddled my thumbs for 30 mins, until my car was driven from outdoors car park into tyre fitting bay and received attention.

Turned up just after opening with no booked appointment. I had a tyre that needed a repair and the guys at Protyre did it there and then in about 30 mins. Fantastic service, many thanks!

Polite professional staff and a great service

Very helpful reception staff. The work was then carried out efficiently and effectively at a reasonable price.

Booked my car in for an MOT, received a call from the garage informing me that all my tyres were on the legal limit of 1.6mm and needed changing ASAP, I asked if the car had passed it MOT and the reply was “yes, but only just due to the tyres, the guy at the garage tried to hard sell me 4 tyres, I told him that I’ll shop around first.
When I picked the car up , the MOT certificate informed me that two tyres were at 8.0mm, one at 6.1mm and the other at 5.8mm, not happy. I’ve been using ProTyre for over 10 years from MOTs, breaks and tyres, I won’t be using them anymore, since Neil the ex-manager has left it’s gone downhill and I I’ve lost trust in them. Forgot to mention that the MOT had been cancelled 3 time before, due to the tester phoning in sick.
Poor service.
