Very reliable, meets all my IT needs.

We've a few issues with web services in the past so it was important to us that we felt we could develop a strong relationship with our webmaster and especially that they understood the needs and pressures of our own business. We think we have finally found that company and we look forward to working together in future.

Paul was excellent at explaining the services on offer and what was involved in each. Within 24 hours everything we had agreed on was set up and a few things we had discussed already done!

Paul has been incredibly helpful in designing my website and updating it. I couldn't have asked for more at a very reasonable outlay.

Paul is always there to help with any problems that we have - highly recommend!

SUPERB REMOTE SUPPORT HERO - A COMPLETE SAVIOUR !!

Paul swooped in using the remote support to correct numerous problems I had with Microsoft 365 and their partner operating system Windows when their own technicians erred and actually created more problems making mistakes which disabled my access to my One Drive and denied me access to my all my business documents and my outlook platform where all my email accounts are held for over 8 weeks!!!! This was absolutely devastating and debilitating for my business and charitable work ...but the keyboard warrior proved a super hero as the perfect antidote to Microsoft 365 inadequacies on 2 occasions now. I can't recommend him enough!!

He also builds a rather mean website too :-)

I found PR Systems very helpful and prompt. Paul has a friendly manner and soon got to work on my laptop. My problem was sorted out and it is now working as it should be.
