Sold me a PS+ Essential 12 month code that doesn't work. Has not kept my order history from where all the information needed for a reclamation would be available. Customer service drowns me in questions from what appears to be bots and throws the burden of proof of purchase on my end.

The speed at which i received my gift card was top tier

It had been so hard to buy games before, and my siblings and I really loved to play together but had drifted apart because of life.
