Chaos! Extremely bad service when ordering from the online shop!

The worst shop ever!!!!!!
Never buying from them!!!!!!

Unacceptable behaviour by the customer service. I asked for a cancellation of my order and the girl on the phone was unable to explain the process for the refund. On top of that, she didn’t hesitate being ironic and rude mocking my way of talking. Is this how they do business in this company? Congratulations guys! This girl clearly hates her role.

They constantly cancel pre-paid orders without reason, stay away. Don't trust their offers

I have a small company ,i made an order for some products i need and paid for the products, and few days later they canceled it without noticing me.
I find it out when i logged in to their site to track my order. I am waiting for refund many days!
I advice everyone to buy only in physical shops if and only something is available to purchase at that time !

Black Friday offers are really black,so black that you cant really buy anything cause they cancel your order every time!!

The worst company !!!! They have stolen 800 euros from me!!! I am going to proceed with lawyers. I made an order and paid in full and needed to make a change, they informed me I needed to cancel the order and make a new one , and that I would be refunded for my initial purchase. I followed their instructions and paid for a new washing machine (400 euros). They have STILL NOT REFUNDED ME. The same problem happened again and I had to cancel the second washing machine and order a 3rd time. I never assumed such a big company would be fraudulent and was expecting my refund in a few days so I followed their instructions and cancelled and reordered. Now I have paid over 1200 euros for a washing machine worth 400 euros and they have not refunded me the money for the first 2 orders. This is robbery and illegal and I will take them to court. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Ψεύτικες προσφορές που ως διά μαγείας μετά βαπτίζονται "τεχνικό πρόβλημα" και ακυρώνονται μονομερώς χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση η αιτιολογία.

They dont have the goods they sell.... They cancel the orders and keep your money for 30 days !!! So you just lend them your money for 30 days without giving you any intrest.

I have been buying products for a long time from this company. But the last year they have cancelled 3 separate orders that I had made, and also paid, online. Did the inform me about the cancellation s? No. The reason: wrong prices due to systemic errors.

After 3 cancellations, it is not systemic errors anymore. It is just disrespect for the costumer. I will never buy from this company again.

Χάλι μαύρο... Έκανα παραγγελία ένα σκληρό που είχε βγάλει και προσφορά (black Friday) και μου την ακύρωσαν λίγες μέρες μετά ότι δήθεν ήταν λάθος ή τιμή λες και φταίω εγώ...

Τραγελαφικοί, ανεβάζουν μια προσφορά και δήθεν λάθος τιμής και την ακυρώνουν δύο ημέρες μετά.

I ordered a 55" TV available for delivery. For 1 month they were mocking me that they sent the TV and each day I was calling them they were giving me different name of the transportation company. When I was calling these companies they didn't have any package in my name. After 4 weeks dealing with these clowns I had my lawyer call them and threatened them. Then magically I had my tv delivered the next day!
I had also made 2 orders since then at sales and they cancelled both.
Very untrustworthy do not ever order from them if you want your peace of mind no matter the price. It doesn't worth your waste of time.

They cancelled my order, of a Samsung external SSD, 3 days after I placed it without warning—just an SMS accusing a technical error.
Don't trust them, because they don't respect their customers.

Trustless company. Makes incredible offers and after the orders claims cost mistake . Unworthy. I'll never chose them again.

Terrible contact and support from the store

They constantly put items on sale in the black Friday season with really good prices but they cancel all the orders with the excuse that there was an error with the price amount in their website without even sending an email. They collect the amount of the canceled orders that are paid with debit/credit cards and reverse it back to the buyer after many days just like that. Definitely never gonna buy from them again!

Such a bad experience buying from them. One the biggest tech shops in Greece and I don't understand how?
