The customer support is poor, frequently canceling orders without prior notice.

Cancel Order

They advertise some product at a low price and when you order and pay them, they cancel the order. It happened to me 3 times the past 3 months

constant unreability over the years, a lot orders were cancelled. a lot time wasted to correct mistakes. i decided not to ever buy again

I have purchased an item during the star of their ridiculous Black-Friday-for-2-weeks campaign and they canceled my order without any feedback. Their client support and care policy are unexpectable. I have been charged with 3.40€ in Paypal expences withour receiving anything due to the cancelation. Totally unreliable - Not recommended.

The worse bying experience in Greece. In the last four months canceled my order twice even though items in these orders seem to be in stock long after order was placed.That seem to be the norm in their case. Communication with their customer support service didnt solve the problem. Avoid at all costs.

Lost orders for monthes, fake offers, cancelled orders by them, lucking communication...

I ordered an ssd drive and paid with credit card. They cancelled my order, without excuse but did not cancel the transaction with my bank, so they took my money for God knows how many days or weeks.
I didn't even get a notification about the cancellation I just checked the order status and it was gone...

i placed an order for a product at a great price that the next day got cancelled without even warning me about it and not only that not even a coupon or a sorry about it.Never again will i purchase anything from that store if all they do is misslead their customers with fake prices so that they can get traffic on their page

Fake discounts, mass cancel orders, unstruworthy

Ακυρωσαν παραγγελία μετα απο δυο ημέρες για 2 προιόντα που τα είχαν σε εκπτωση λόγω black friday, με καμία δικαιολογία (λάθος στο σύστημα είπαν) με αποτελεσμα ο κόσμος να χάσει και την ώρα του και τα χρηματα του αφου κάποιοι μαζι με την συγκεκριμένη παραγγελία, προσθεσαν και κάποια άλλα μικρά η μεγάλα πραγματα. Αυτό κι αν λέγεται αθεμιτος ανταγωνισμος. ΠΟΤΕ ΞΑΝΑ PUBLIC

Fake prices cancelled order. They put fake prices to multiple products so they can get the goof publicity and then casually cancel the order!

On Sunday 11/17/2024 at 11:15 in the morning, I ordered a hard drive from the site with payment directly with the order, which was 54.89 euros plus 2 euros for collection from box now. The next day, in the progress through the site it says that it was canceled but without sending me a message or email to inform me. Today, two days later, nothing has changed and unfortunately no information regarding the money I have given. In a forum search I discovered that hundreds of others who bought the same product as me and two others that were on sale have done the same.

Fake prices, they cancel the orders claiming that they had false prices

Made an order on a discounted item(SAMSUNG T7 TOUCH SSD 1TB) and my order was cancelled through the website.
I have not received any information via e-mail or sms about my refund or the reason of cancellation.

Not delivering the products we paid for, claiming the prices on the website I ordered were fake. Never again!
