Our stay at Trullo-ad-Caelum was wonderful. The villa itself and the views from it were gorgeous. Our angel, Sara,was very helpful setting up anything we wanted to do and responded quickly to any questions we had. Had an issue with a coffee maker and it was replaced very quickly. Everything was clean and well cared for. Sara was incredibly helpful. She recommended a restaurant that ended up being one of the best and most fun dinners I have ever had.

everything was extremely good and well organized. Out Trull was perfect and well equipped. Good location (I suggest to rent a car for the entire holiday) and fantastic service from oir guest angel. I suggest Puglia Paradise to everybody wants to know the real flavour of Puglia.

Ho soggiornato con mia moglie al trullo Elisa , nel periodo di ferragosto .Il trullo è molto bello, ideale per una coppia o al massimo in tre se è presente un bambino piccolo. Ha un grazioso soggiorno , una cucina completamente attrezzata, bagno e una camera da letto, il tutto pulitissimo e curato nei minimi dettagli. All’interno ci sono tutti gli accorgimenti per rendere un soggiorno piacevole come condizionatori , lavatrice , lavastoviglie , tv e wi fi . Inoltre abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo un assortimento di prodotti pugliesi e , cosa veramente molto gradita , una torta per festeggiare il mio compleanno ! All’esterno c’è un bel patio attrezzato per poter mangiare ed un barbecue . La piscina è fantastica, viene controllata periodicamente dal personale preposto , circondata dal verde , è stata un’oasi dove poter riposare e rinfrescare dopo le escursioni della giornata . Ed ora parliamo del nostro guest angel Esmeralda che ci ha accolti al nostro arrivo : cordiale , simpatica , competente , ci ha illustrato tutte le varie attività che avremmo potuto fare durante la settimana consigliandoci poi strutture per mangiare o per acquistare prodotti locali oltre a rendersi sempre disponibile per ogni necessità . Una presenza costante e utile , che ha vegliato sul nostro soggiorno senza mai essere invadente e che ringraziamo per i suoi validi consigli . L’organizzazione di Puglia Paradise è stata impeccabile , vogliamo pertanto ringraziare Massimo Valentini che è venuto personalmente a conoscerci , sempre disponibile e cordiale e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi necessità . Consigliamo quindi una vacanza presso il Tullo Elisa , un’oasi di pace e tranquillità , una esperienza che rigenera e che speriamo di poter ripetere al più presto .

Ho passato qui un piacevole soggiorno di 4 giorni. La struttura è a 20 minuti in auto dalla stazione di Fasano e all'interno vi è un parcheggio per gli ospiti. Immerso nel verde in uno dei punti più panoramici della Valle d'Itria, ogni angolo può essere l'occasione perfetta per rilassarsi con una vista meravigliosa e la tranquillità della campagna. La struttura è moderna e finemente arredata, gli interni risultano accoglienti, eleganti e spaziosi. Tradizione e modernità coesistono per regalare una sensazione di "casa". Passeggiando per la tenuta vi capiterà di passare per una chiesetta, un campo di ulivi o uno da tennis, sentendo solo il rumore del vento. Ottimi anche i servizi (wifi, etc) e la disponibilità del personale, sempre presente per ogni esigenza. Ultima ma non meno importante, la piscina a sfioro con vista panoramica. Un mix che porta a rilassare mente e corpo, circondati dal bello ci si sentirà subito in vacanza!

We spent a dream week in a magnificent villa that exceeded all our expectations. The villa, which in addition to being very functional, is very nicely decorated. As soon as we pass through the door, we feel at home (impeccable hygiene and bedding).
The kitchen was very well equipped and I particularly thank “our angel” Esmeralda for having taken this particular care to provide us with baking utensils for the sole purpose of making us happy.
The maintenance of the house in the middle of the week was very appreciable. The outdoor space and the pool are very well arranged. The location of the villa is ideal because we were able to travel by car without having to make long trips (Bari, Monopoli, Alberobello Lecce, Matera...).
Highly recommended!

Paradise Found!
We have just spent the most idyllic 2 weeks at Villa Solivetta with Puglia Paradise. If you want peace and tranquility then this is the Villa for you. We couldn’t fault the service from beginning to end with Puglia Paradise. Their attention to detail and care have been second to none, we have never found a holiday rentals company that put so much thought, care and attention in to their properties. Denise, our Angel, was just that-there when we needed her. We will certainly be recommending you to our friends and returning to this beautiful part of Italy.

My son and I travelled to the beautiful town of Alberobello and stayed at Trullo Atena, an exquisite property hosted by Puglia Paradise. From my first enquiry with the company months in advance of our stay with Alice Zorzi and Massimo Valentini, I was met with exceptional customer service. Every question and additional concierge request was graciously responded to and Massimo and his team offered a tailor-made and personal experience. Grocery delivery, private transfers, local restaurant recommendations, supermarkets, car rental information - every possible query and an endless list of helpful visitor information was provided and or available to us prior to our stay and during. Our personal "Guest Angel" Sara Bianco, was absolutely brilliant! She was so thoughtful and attentive, extremely client-focused and offered us an exemplary customer experience at the Trullo. This was a holiday in paradise and because of this outstanding company, my son and I enjoyed a holiday of a lifetime that exceeded all of our expectations. Puglia Paradise is a model holiday company, every detail, every amenity and every whim is catered for offering the ideal individual experience. Our holiday was quite literally what dreams are made of. The Trullo exceeded all of our expectations. Beautifully decorated, with comfortable bedrooms, air conditioning, gorgeous outdoor spaces, and a fabulous pool, Trullo Atena was an oasis in the countryside. Our only issues were a lack of consistent wifi ( which Sara our Guest Angel diligently addressed and did her best to rectify though it was not an issue that Puglia Paradise was at fault for) and a disconcerting wasp population occupying the property, which again, was addressed immediately once we contacted the team - their quick response and willingness to combat the problem was greatly appreciated. In short, our six days in paradise were like none we have ever experienced before and we look forward to connecting with Puglia Paradise in the future to help us coordinate another vacation in utopia.

We spent 10 days at Villa Elisa.

We stayed at the trullo Elisa of Puglia Paradise during the first week of April in 2023 and really enjoyed the experience!
After having problems with our flight, we were only able to make it to the trullo at the ungodly hour of 2 AM instead of 6 PM the day before as was agreed originally, but for our guest angel Sara (the representative of the agency) this was no problem at all and she was able to welcome us at the new time. She was also very helpful and attentive during the remainder of our stay by providing tips for sightseeing and restaurants nearby and checking regularly with us if we needed anything.
The house itself was also really lovely, it being located in a very scenic part of the Puglian countryside. The interior was newly renovated and very comfortable. Even though it was quite cold for that time of the year (11 degrees and rain at times) we were never cold as the AC units were able to heat the house quickly. While we were there it was still too cold to swim, but the pool area that belonged to the house also looked really nice.
Would definitely recommend as Puglia Paradise really makes an effort to make sure you have an enjoyable stay.

Amazing experience in Puglia! We went on a family holiday and stayed at a beautiful villa, in a traditional trullo house. Our host was Sara and she was available and helpful throughout our whole stay! She assisted us with groceries, bookings and finding our way around! I have already recommended Puglia Paradise to friends and I am looking forward to my next holiday with them!

We stayed in Trullo Aurea in July. This was a beautiful Trullo with wonderful gardens and pool. The Trullo itself was spotless & had plenty of space for 3 people.
Our Guest Angel Sara was exactly as described- a true Angel! She helped with bookings - restaurants & Lido. Was always on hand for recommendations & nothing was a problem.
We would definitely recommend Puglia Paradise to anyone wanting to stay in Puglia & would have no problem using them again when we next visit the area!

I’m not sure I can say enough good things about Puglia Paradise…from booking to checkout, Massimo and our guest angel, Denise, went over and above to meet our needs and make our stay very special. I don’t think I have ever received service and response time at this level. It was fantastic. We stayed in the Truly Trulli and it was GORGEOUS! The views of the valley from the enormous outdoor patio and from the disappearing edge pool were incredible, it was truly a paradise! The house was fully stocked with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The house was also very clean and the beds were comfortable. I can’t wait to go back!

We rented Villa Tria near Alberobello for two weeks in September 2022, which was our second trip to the region in two years. Villa Tria is magical, like something out of a fairytale: a classic “Trulli” house with conical roofs but extensively and imaginatively modernised. It is a small villa, with a tiny kitchen, minuscule indoor lounge area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom does not have an en-suite bathroom and shares one with the twin bedroom down the hallway, which wouldn’t be ideal for some. The third bedroom does have its own bathroom behind a 2/3 height partition wall, but it was very cosy. The villa is set in beautifully landscaped grounds with olives, prickly pear cacti and other Mediterranean flora. Of course there’s a pool with plenty of sun loungers and also a rather grand circular pavilion, housing an outdoor kitchen and large dining table. The kitchen in the villa itself is tiny, with no room for an oven or more than a 2-ring electric burner. The outdoor kitchen is bigger, though it still didn’t feature an oven. I requested one from Leandro, our contact at Puglia Paradise, and he very promptly brought one over. We had a few little issues during our stay, including the main Smeg refrigerator not being cold enough to store perishables (we had to use the fridge in the pavilion), due to damage after an electrical storm. But Leandro arranged for an electrician to repair the Smeg. We also were missing the pedal off the exercise bike in the small gym area, and again Leandro promptly arranged the repair. We used to own several vacation rentals and we know that things do go wrong from time to time, but the real test of a good agent is how quickly these little problems are resolved. And Leandro at Puglia Paradise did a great job of sorting them out for us very quickly and always with a smile on his face. We would recommend Villa Tria for a family with young children or at most 2 couples, not 3. It is adorable but very compact indoors. We totally recommend Puglia Paradise as a reputable and responsive local travel agent.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at our villa! Every angle of the trullo was truly picturesque. We were very well looked after by Massimo and Liandro. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking to book with them!

We stayed at Trullo Elisa, the beuatiful little Trullo is one of the few smaller properties available for a couple in the area. The Trullo is adjacent to a larger villa but totally separate and private, the property is tucked away down a private driveway in the middle of the countryside but only 15 minutes from Alberobello and the coast. We mostly stayed at the trullo relaxing around the pool with little swifts dipping into the water to drink, very, very peaceful. We spent a couple of days visiting local beach clubs and towns. We were welcomed by Leandro who was very helpful with local advice. A perfect place for a very relaxing week.

My husband and I stayed at Villa Solivetta for a week at the end of August / beginning of September and had a great time. The villa is spacious, clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The grounds are beautiful and feels very peaceful being surrounded by olive and fig trees. Location is also very convenient, being so close to Locorotondo and Alberobello.

Sara (our "guest angel") was friendly, responsive and helpful with restaurant recommendations and other suggestions, and also very quick, together with Massimo, to help fix some minor issues we had at the villa. Overall great communication, attentiveness and attention to detail.

We would definitely recommend Puglia Paradise and Villa Solivetta. Thank you to Massimo and Sara!

Wij hebben een geweldige week doorgebracht in Trullo Stefano in de buurt van Alberobello. Een prachtig huis tussen de druivenvelden en olijvengaarden: een oase van rust. 3 Ruime slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, een ruime keuken en zitkamer. Buiten een groot zwembad en een bakhuis met pizzaoven. Voor de kids nog een spellenhuis. Aan niets ontbreekt het in Trullo Stefano. Onze guest-angel Valentina was op elk moment van de dag bereikbaar. Tips voor uitstapjes of restaurantjes waren top!
Wij kunnen Trullo Stefano en Puglia Paradise alleen maar aanraden aan iedereen die de hak van de Italiaanse laars wil verkennen en een comfortabele woning belangrijk vindt.

We’ve just returned from a stunning week in Puglia. Our family trip was perfect in every way thanks to Puglia Paradise. As soon as you book one of their gorgeous villas, you will have a Guest Angel, to help you with booking reservations tips on where to visit and so much more. Our angel, Sara, gave us wonderful suggestions and was always available- like a travel guide on the end of the phone. Some villa agencies based elsewhere don’t have the local knowledge to share- but Puglia Paradise has the added advantage of being right there in Puglia and they will share all their wisdom with their guests. We had a fabulous holiday!

Ich habe mit meiner Familie eine wunderschöne Woche im Trullo Felicidad verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wirklich perfekt ausgestattet. Man befindet sich auf einem Grundstück inmitten von Oliven- und Mandelbäumen in traumhafter Lage. In der Nähe befinden sich alle notwendigen Geschäfte zur Versorgung.
Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die umliegenden Städte ist die Lage perfekt. Wir haben uns auf der Anlage unglaublich wohl gefühlt und wurden von unserem Guest-Angel sehr gut betreut. Gerne kommen wir wieder!!!
