Jessica with customer service was an absolute treat to work with. I accidentally typed in my phone number wrong and she responded right away to fix it. We love the collars from Pups Closet!

Did not receive order at all, sent multiple emails with zero reply at all, either a scam or a hopeless company who don't deserve your money. Shop elesewhere

I won $100 worth of product and gave to friends that when They placed the order it charged the credit card how is this a gift card ???

I made an order with PupsCloset 2 months ago and still have not received it. I have contacted PupsCloset numerous times with no response. I will not be shopping here again.

DON'T BUY FROM HERE! I placed and order they charge my credit card. After 2 weeks nothing. I contacted them after 2 weeks and asked for a status updated since it should have been mailed out within 7 days according to their website FAQ... Nothing... i waited another week and emailed them again. I waited a couple days and I contacted my Credit card company.

I placed an order for a customized collar and leash earlier in the month. The money was taken out of my account and I received a confirmation email. I have yet to receive any further updates on the product and my emails have been ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME

I ordered a dog collar end of May have sent 3 emails and they havent even had the decency to reply to me it would be nice to hear if they are or have shipped my order yet as its almost 3months.Thinking will report this company to Paypal.

Placed my order last week they took my money and I received nothing not even a confirmation. After reading all these posts agree is probably SCAM! DO NOT ORDER!!!

Juste received my after ordering in April.. thought it was a scam at first but finally got it! Can’t blame the company, every delivery is long. Very good quality. However, the company should take time to answer emails

I ordered a collar and leash over a month ago and have not received anything other then a confirmation email. I have tried to contact them to get an update on the items and they will not respond. I am very annoyed that they took my money and have not even responded to me to give me an update on the product. I would like to know when the product is being made/shipped or a refund.

Do not buy from this company. They suck!!!!!!! We ordered a harness with our dogs name on it two months before his one year anniversary with us and haven’t received anything. The tracking number tells me that it’s on it’s way but hasn’t left Anaheim, California since purchasing. I’ve emailed and messaged this company multiple times and haven’t heard anything. I wish I read reviews before purchasing. Lesson learned. Find a different company.

THIS IS A SCAM and will be reporting to my family Attorney who handles this type of thing. Ordered a collar and leash and have yet to receive them. I should have known when my money was taken right away and not when shipped like most reputable companies.

The same as many others experience i see.. purchased $127 worth of merchandise received the confirmation email that my order had been received (and my money had been taken) and then nothing.. silence.. never available for online chat and their Customer Service or lack there of is unresponsive as well. SHAME that Companies like this can just take your money.

I placed my order in the Beginning of May and it is now July 2nd. I got a response from customer service 1 time and they said my order was finally on the way this was 3 weeks ago and I still do not have my 2 personalized collars I paid $80 for.

I placed my order on May 8th. It is now JULY 1st and I still have not recieve an update on the shipment of my collar. I’ve emailed them twice and only got a response the first time. I sent them a chat message through the website and it says they have been offline since. I believe almost two months is more than enough time to ship a single collar, i’m starting to doubt the authenticity of this website.

Five weeks ago I chatted with Pups Closet live chat service, and was told I could expect delivery in two weeks. I placed my order immediately, and still have not received my order, nor has my order status changed at all. I have messaged the company numerous times via email and the live chat (which is now almost always off line, but even when I have seen it active I get no response). I was also told in my initial chat 5 weeks ago that the collars are made in Hong Kong or USA, but seems they are not made at all. I allowed a little extra time due to COVID, and note their website also blames COVID for delays, but there is no excuse for not answering chats or emails and updating status. Would not buy from again, just hoping my order arrives or a refund will be processed, but I don't hold out much hope for either.
Also, the Annual Sale ENDS TODAY banner which appears across the top of their page appears EVERY DAY!

**UPDATE! Within TWO MINUTES of posting this review, I had an email from Pups Closet apologising for the delay and telling me my order is now on the way. Coincidence? If my order arrives next week as just promised, I'll update this review. If not, my earlier comments stand.

**UPDATE. It's now a few weeks later. The tracking number I have been given shows that my package has been despatched from Beijing. It's currently waiting to be shipped by the airlines, obviously COVID delays in place, however, I asked the question BEFORE placing my order where it was coming from and was told either HK or USA. These are obviously made in China, don't know why Pups Closet couldn't just say that in the first place so I could make an informed decision if I wanted to risk the inevitable transport delays.
