Great harness for my neighbors dogs
Built well fit well
Slowed down the pulling on the dog
When being walked

I ordered a small size dog harness and added the engraving of my dog’s name. Unfortunately the tag upon which the name is stitched upon is greater than the harness resulting on the hard material sticking out and discomforting my dog. A quality focus approach to business would have trimmed the excess material. In will-cost me additional money to get it done myself. A little focus on detail would have earned you top marks.

Ordered this beautiful harness for my puppy and get many compliments!

Though it took a little longer than expected to arrive the collar for our dog Oakley is simply awesome. Quality Quality Quality product.

Best harness ever! My Miniature Schnauzer hates harnesses that you have to "walk into" and we don't like walking him with his leash attached to his collar. This harness easily goes over the head and just has one strap that goes under his body - he doesn't mind this harness at all. I have good control over him and he walks like there is nothing on him. I've had this harness for three of my dogs and won't consider any other!

I ordered 2 harnesses for my dog. Both arrived in a timely fashion . They are well made --strong and sturdy and fit well. The sizing chart was an excellent help. Will definitely use Pupscloset again

The harness is wonderful and my dog really seems to be comfortable in it. I’m only giving 4 stars however because shipping took almost 2 weeks. I tried to reach out and see what the delay was but never got a response. Regardless I would purchase again and recommend their harnesses.

Never received my order, emailed no response at all, they said my emails ended up in there spam emails. They sent me a link with tracking have waited almost two months and still haven't received my order, ordered back in early May. Have emailed and emailed enquiring about my order no response at all. They took extra money from account, the order was $35 no charge for postage and shipping, they ended up taking $60 out off my account. No contact number only can contact by email which they don't return at all. Absolutely worst company I've ever dealt with, said they were based within Australia but they are not. They said the order was coming from the Gold Coast which is not far from where I live. They were rude when I made enquiries about my order, I would recommend them at all to anyone. I also checked the mailing address with them, they told me I would get my order within the week when they emailed me the tacking information which was fake, I checked with Australia post and the tracking was fake.

Do Not Buy from this company. They will take your order and then nothing. No response from them two weeks later, then two weeks later they said it was processed but something happenned to my order on the way to the post office. After 4 requests, they still couldn't give me a tracking number for the shipment. Later indicated that I would get the collar but blamed it on the USPS for telling them it was going to be some 12 days later for the estimated delivery.
Come on folks.... It only takes 4 days to get a delivery from Irvine, CA to Nashville, not 12+.

Based on other responses people have experienced, ask yourselves these two questions......
1) Should I really give my company with bad reviews to a company that doesn't have a published phone number any where on their site or the overall internet?
2) Should I really do business with a company that doesn't list a company address or it can even be found? Selling 10,000+ leashes or collars, you would think that they would have a viable business address, even a Box at the UPS store.

SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF TIME AND DISAPPOINTMENT AND GO TO ANOTHER RECOGNIZED RETAILER.

So far this Company is one of the worst I have dealt with. Customer service is NON-EXISTENT.
Emailed them twice without even the courtesy of a reply. Atrocious service, will only recommend that this Company is boycotted, it's product is not fit for purpose.
Like many others the product is far smaller than expected

The leash and the harness are perfect it fits perfect on him and is so much better than a collar. If he is happy I am happy and I can not thank you guys enough. Plus prices were very fair

The collar is nicely made, easy to put on and take off. The medium was to large for my 7 month old Boston Terrier but I was able to take up the slack with duck tape. Maybe he will grow into it, I do like it and the name on the sides really set it off with a classy look.
My only complaint which I took one star off for, was it took around a month to receive. I needed it sooner.

Thia fits my puppy a Yorkshire/Brussels Griffon mix. This one should be able to fit him for probably his whole life seeing as he should not get more than 8 pounds. Stays in place better than the one i got from a pet store. He's not trying to take this one off. Thank you for a great product

No Directions or pictures but, everything else fine.

I finally received my dog's harness after weeks of waiting for it, only to discover that it was too small, felt like cardboard for my pup and that the personalized part of the harness was simply a velcro tab that you stick on. I was very disappointed in the quality and size of this harness, especially after waiting so long for it. I then had to ship it back to Canada from NY at my own expense, but never even received a refund for it. I've sent numerous emails asking where my refund is with no response from their end. Very poor customer experience. I will never order from them again. Avoid this vendor. You're better off visiting your local pet store for products.

Very happy with Leash & Harness I received.

Ordering the harness was simple, lots of choices. The harness itself looks good. It did take forever to get shipped and then delivered. After a couple weeks I asked customer service where my harness was and after a long delay I was told they would email me later, which they never did.

Love the harness. Great price, great quality! I did experience a problem with the shipping, but this company was right on it and kept me informed on what was happening with the order.

My dealings with pupscloset were GREAT ! I received tw items and have been pleased with them both, especially the dog harness and leash. My Golden Doddle loves to pull when we walk. Thinks to heal is too slow. With this no harness she seemed to settle right down.

Customer service is very hard to get in touch with, which is the reason I am giving two stars. I need to return this XXL harness which still did not fit my dog at all, and though I've sent three emails trying to find out how to start the return process I have yet to hear from anyone.
