I bought serum £135.20 and it hasn’t refund during over 10 days since my order was canceled, and my refund still hasn't been processed. I haven't received a reply to my email to customer service about refund, and although I managed to get through on the phone, they only said they would chase the seller for refund and won't let me speak to them anymore. I paid £135.20, and if you don't give me my money back, I will report you! You are THE SELLER!!!!

Their website is easy to navigate, delivery is quick and their customer service (when needed) is rapid. The product I purchased from Pure Beauty caused my face, chest and neck to break out in hives. It caused extreme irritation, itchiness and redness.

Further, when I attempted multiple times to contact them via email and phone, there was no reply.

Do not trust this service. I regret doing business with them.

First time ordering from Pure Beauty. Bought Elemis shampoo and conditioner. They were competitively priced with a discount offer. Efficient delivery and well packaged. I’d definitely use Pure Beauty again.
