Ordered some flights over 3 weeks ago and have not arrived. I’ve emailed them twice with no response. If this is a company they are very rude, don’t know how to reply to emails or scamming people out of their money

I purchased a set of darts on 3/23 online. I am an international customer so I know there is some time difference that I expected to observe, however I have not received my darts as of yet, and no e-mails are returned. I paid for tracked shipping and have not received confirmation that the darts have been shipped or any tracking information. Very discouraged with the lack of communication from the site.

Cannot understand why there is little or no stock.
Never had a problem when getting anything from here in the past but now there's hardly anything new.

I have used this company a number of times delivery has always been hit and miss at that time i would have still managed a 3 star as i had never made contact with the customer service. It would appear the other 1 star reviews have had a similar experience. This review could be a long winded one but I'll keep it as short as possible. No items... Told to wait another week ... Said no offered them a customer friendly solution.... Told I had to wait they accepted no responsibility laid blame elswhere... Emailed them citing the contract was with them not the courier.... Advised i should buy the product again and pay extra for recorded delivery... Refund requested ... Told I would have to wait 3 more days then they would refund... Given the other 1 star reviews I won't hold my breath... No refund (If it comes through I will amend) No product .... Not be using them again.

Ordered flights on Tuesday had them on Thursday.
Ordered stems on Thursday and had them the next day you can't fault service like that I don't understand why pure darts are getting so many negative reviews.
I will certainly be purchasing from them again.

Wow! Thank you Pure Darts for my recent order. I did some research as I wanted a set of custom darts. I went for there own brand barrel paired up pro stems and flights (which are cheaper than anywhere else on the internet) Fantastic service. Fast delivery. Big budget darts for unbelievable price.

I am an international Wholesale customer, I have been buying from this website for the last 9 years, and have never ever had a problem until now. I placed and paid for an order on the 27th May, now I understand that there was a death in the family, and my sympathy extends to the family in this time, however, order has not been dispatched, multiple emails have gone unanswered and no-one answers the phone. Zero communication

I was very impressed with Pure Darts, I had ordered several items and had over looked the fact that a selection of Flights had been omitted. Two weeks later the flights duly arrived with a selection of freebies and an apology. Top service and dedication to their customers.

Fantastic service. I was worried at first due to some of the reviews. But I have made 2 orders over the last week and both got delivered next day. Add to that a nice little gift pack with a variety of stems and flights. I couldn’t have asked for much more.

I was looking for a quirky retirement gift for a friend who loved a game of darts now & then & was recommended this company.
It was my first order, but most certainly won’t be my last.
Shortly after placing my order, I received an email to say the Owner had suddenly & sadly Passed away & there will be a delay. Totally understandable in the circumstances & my Sincerest Condolences go out to his Family, Friends & Work Colleagues.
There was only a minor delay, nothing to grumble about & to be honest it didn’t matter - as my order was Absolutely Perfect!
They were just the ticket & my Friend loved them!

Despite going through an incredibly upsetting and difficult transition period, my experience was wonderful. The darts are fabulous and arrived on time.

Worthless company. With pathetic people. They dont know how to run a business.

Paid for flights 3 weeks ago emailed 4 times no reply poor customer service no confirmation email just PayPal receipt rubbish bad service buy from someone else

I was getting a little worried as I hadn't received my order nearly 2 weeks after ordering.
I phoned yesterday and the lady explained the delays were due to the owner of the business (her dad) sadly passing away :-(
She apologised for the delay and assured me I would receive my order within the next couple of days.
It's the next morning and I've just received my order!
The personalised flights I ordered for a friends birthday gift look amazing!
I even got a few other sets of discontined dart flights are a freebie.

I ordered darts they took my money and I heard nothing for 10 days. I called and wrote multiple emails with no reply. I opened a PayPal case with no reply. Exactly 2 weeks after purchasing I get an email saying they had been dispatched, with no explanation about the delay. I let them know I didn’t want them any more. They said the tungsten shipment from China was late so the delay happened. Still no basic manners i.e. “sorry for the delay”. Just weird communication all in. I sell bits and bobs on eBay and common courtesy goes a long way in smoothing out any issues or misunderstandings. DON’T GIVE THIS GUY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would, they take your money no problem however they will not send the items neither reply to emails or phone calls probably the worst business as a consumer I’ve ever dealt with AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I ordered items for 150 € one month ago and paid instantly. Now the order status is still set to "new" and nothing happened. I wrote several emails and tried to call them lot of times. No reaction at all. I think they stole my money.

UPDATE:
After contacting PayPal to also interfere I got my money returned after 2 month.
But I recommend to not buy there and if you still feel so use PayPal and their buyer protection.

WHAT AN UTTER DISGRACE OF A COMPANY !!!!
ORDERED FLIGHTS & STEMS TOTALLING £31 AND MONIES TAKEN ALMOST IMMEDIATELY.
SADLY I ONLY USED PURE DARTS DUE TO 'DARTS CORNER' BEING OUT OF STOCK AND SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER AS NOT THE 1ST TIME THE SERVICE HAS BEEN APPALLING !!!!
I HAVE SENT 4 EMAILS OVER A 6 DAY PERIOD WITH ZERO REPLY, HAVE RANG THEM APPROX 20TIMES OVER 6 DAYS AND TELEPHONE JUST RINGS OFF.
NO SIGN OF ANY GOODS !!!!
I CLASS AS THAT AS THEFT AS TAKING MONEY FROM SOMEONES BANK ACCOUNT AND NOT SENDING THE GOODS IS ROBBERY !!!!

I ordered some Welsh and Finnish personalised stems from Pure Darts and after reading these negative reviews I'm very surprised. The delivery to Finland was fast. The product was very nice. The price was great. I showed pics of them to my friends yesterday and now others want to order.
