This is my third time purchasing from PurelyDiamonds and I continue to value their jewelry and service. The designs are timeless, their communication and responsiveness to any queries are very good and delivery of items via post gives me confidence that it will be delivered safely. My husband wanted to gift me with an Eternity Ring for our 25th Wedding Anniversary.
We looked locally and they didn't have what I wanted, but offered to make it, however the prices quoted made me gasp and say no.
About a month and a half from the date, he was determined I was to have one, so I was looking online. I found exactly what I dreamed of at Purely Diamonds website.
After reading reviews, I showed my husband, he asked if it was exactly what I wanted (yes) and if I knew my ring size (yes - but if it didn't fit PD would adjust it), and he ordered it.
Service could not be faulted as the ring arrived well within the time frame given, about 2.5 weeks before our anniversary.

It was *gasp* worthy. One carat Princess cut diamonds channel set in a 4mm Platinum band tapering in the back for comfort. Exactly what I wanted.
A perfect fit. A good solid ring, with a lovely weight to it. The diamonds are gorgeous and the entire ring sparkles. One look told you it was quality. And for less than half of what we were quoted by local jewellers.
I am so thrilled with it.
Even though I am torn between wearing my engagement and wedding set, which I still love today as much as when it was designed, they are 'resting' and I proudly wear this gorgeous ring now.

I didn't deal with any staff one to one at Purely Diamonds, however I was kept informed of receipt of my order, when it was being made, then when it was shipped. To that end, Customer Service was very good.

I do not hesitate to recommend Purely Diamonds for price, style, service and quality. Nor would I hesitate to purchase from them again.

When I initially found Purely Diamonds it was through extensive searching and reading reviews that sold me on the company. The quality and choice of clarity diamond selection was superb. The website is very informative regarding quality of materials and also after care of products.
I have found Customer service to be excellent when raising any query with them.
To date I have purchased Engagement, wedding, eternity rings and earrings. The quality of goods you receive for your money is far superior to any high street shop.

Purely Diamonds have a great range at competitive prices, an excellent website, but the real jewel in their crown (if you'll excuse the pun) is their personal customer service.
