I like this company as they were one of the first to bring k beauty and skincare to the U.K. Their original store in central London is small, but fully stocked. However, I do think it needs some love... もっと見る

Staff don’t seem to enjoy working there…
Short asian woman at till was quite cold towards me. She struggled with the till. Smiled and told her I hope she has a nice day.
The staff help you if you ask but act like they’d rather be somewhere else.

Fantastic staff 10/10
Staff were super friendly when I entered the store. Very helpful in recommending products for my specific skin type.
Very patient doing testers with me to check for allergic reactions.
I ended up buying several of the recommended products.

I am very pleased with quality of…
I am very pleased with quality of products also the variety &price lists, what this company offers. They got very nice schemes, like for example, as more you purchase, then more discount &presents you get. Each time when you order anything they give you a nice tiny presents, like samples, masks etc. Delivery is quick, so i highly recommend. Thanks.

The products I used were the Biodance…
The products I used were the Biodance masks, Gummy sheet mask Vitamin C, and plumping lip oil they were excellent. I was really happy with the results.
However, I found the staffs at the Westfield White City store to be quite rude and unhelpful, which was disappointing, especially compared with the friendly and helpful staff I have experienced at other Pure Seoul stores.

Product review
Staff was nice but they could be a bit more attentive and asking around customers if they need help.
Very disappointed in the product I bought - Amuse banana lip oil. Loved the smell so was quite excited to have it and it’s after opening it and looking carefully in the light after the bottle had been standing upright (when are lip glosses ever upright, usually tossed in the bag or in the pocket) that half the bottle is empty 🤯 the thick gloss was coating the walls so it appeared it was full and it’s a tinyyy bottle. Please stop ripping off people with colourful stores and cute packaging.
