I like this company as they were one of the first to bring k beauty and skincare to the U.K. Their original store in central London is small, but fully stocked. However, I do think it needs some love... もっと見る

Product review
Staff was nice but they could be a bit more attentive and asking around customers if they need help.
Very disappointed in the product I bought - Amuse banana lip oil. Loved the smell so was quite excited to have it and it’s after opening it and looking carefully in the light after the bottle had been standing upright (when are lip glosses ever upright, usually tossed in the bag or in the pocket) that half the bottle is empty 🤯 the thick gloss was coating the walls so it appeared it was full and it’s a tinyyy bottle. Please stop ripping off people with colourful stores and cute packaging.

Fantastic shopping experience
The staff associate who helped me in the Carnaby Street store was very knowledgable and although I was not able to buy my usual Torriden toner due to it being out of stock, she was able to provide me with an excellent alternative. The atmosphere is very calm and with generally well maintained displays for an easy shopping experience.

Had my skin breaking out like crazy
Had my skin breaking out like crazy. Went in and asked the lady for a cleanser recommendation. Its been two weeks and my skin has been cleaner than ever, with no irritation what so ever.

Knowledgeable staff
I was really impressed with the product knowledge of the member of staff who helped me choose some eye patches. They were able to point out the difference between the available brands, and helped me make an informed decision. Great service.
