I like this company as they were one of the first to bring k beauty and skincare to the U.K. Their original store in central London is small, but fully stocked. However, I do think it needs some love... もっと見る

Great store
Great store. Lots of good products for your skin and hair. Affordable prices with very good ingredients. Definitely try their serum with hyaluronic acid from LUVUM. And they have a large selection of face masks; I love them. ❤️

Visited the store at Westfield, White City & bought some face masks. Staff were friendly, accommodating and attentive. Made recommendations based on my age and goals. Hope they work and if they do, I’ll order again, probably on-line because I live quite far from White City.

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing customer service experience. The whole team seemed uninterested in helping. I tried asking for assistance, but the answers were very short and not helpful.
I was looking for a particular product, and instead of trying to help me find it or suggesting an alternative, I was simply told, “We don’t have it here, look on our website.”
I personally love shopping in-store and prefer the experience of seeing and buying products in person, but unfortunately, I often feel that the team doesn’t really care about the customers or make an effort to help. Good customer service makes such a big difference, and I really hope this improves.
