Friendly staff asking to help and at


Friendly staff asking to help and at till. However they didn't know what yepoda was when I asked. The shop was small so I wasn't able to get the full range of beauty by joseon. I had to buy the face mask I wanted elsewhere. However there was a good selection of torriden products which were recommended on my skincare app lovi. Even some minis so that was good. I think I will stick to shopping online to get the full range.

One very helpful assistant (wearing glasses sorry don’t know name) one unfriendly possibly boss behind counter served me. Couldn’t get a bag because I hadn’t spent enough seemingly - not ideal when you don’t want products potentially spilling all over your bag. You did ask

Unfortunately, I have no evidence so far of this product working! As I have bought one bottle I will persevere but I am not optimistic! Yet another product making promises but not delivering. 😕

I didnt complete my basket

I didnt complete my basket. And not because im a cheapskate because I clearly have trust issues. Offer of 10% discount, which wasn't clear that you have to sign up to also their newsletter. Take myself to checkout with said code it took of 47p on a £47 basket. Nah, i dont even care about the £4, its the ethic of lying that got me.

I love PureSeoul. I just wish they had a wider selection. I like that they’re based in the UK so the delivery is much faster than other K beauty sites.
